Our COUNTRY KITCHEN is a favorite gathering spot....relax and read in the SUN ROOM with windows that look out to a pastoral view.......enjoy cable television or a movie in the LIVING ROOM.....or do a little work in the WEE STUDY. The CATHEDRAL CEILING BEDROOM is on the first floor, along with the MASTER BATH. The second story offers an additional bedroom and full bath.
Located in a historic hamlet, the cottage is nestled on a pretty meadow enclosed by stone walls and wooden gates. The Atlantic Ocean is only two miles to the south. The historic Town Common is three miles west and only a few miles beyond is the quaint village of Tiverton Four Corners.
Chaffee Cottage is centrally located in the midst of quaint, quiet country roads for easy biking or driving access to several beaches, including Goosewing (or "South Shore"), Elephant Rock, and Horseneck Beach.
