We rented this cabin while touring colleges in the area and LOVED it. The views are amazing and the cabin itself is cozy and clean. Connie is super helpful! We wouldn't have changed a thing and we'll be definitely be back :)

The listing for this property was for Boone, however it's actually about 8-10 miles from Boone in Todd and if you are planning your daily activities around the Blue Ridge Parkway (like we were) it's a 18 mile haul to the parkway. Despite that little issue we completely enjoyed our time at the cabin whether it was relaxing in the rockers on the patio enjoying the view or sitting by the fireplace reading a book. The cabin was clean and comfortable and comes with everything you need except the groceries. Even the bathroom towels were decoratively folded letting us know someone cared about presentation and our comfort. I would recommend this place to anyone, even those pickyer than myself. The drive may be long to Blowing Rocks and Boone but the drive back to the cabin is bringing you ever so much closer to the peace of the mountain top. Dine at Twig's in Blowing Rock and breakfast at Knight's on Main Street in Blow Rock as well.

My husband and I just returned from spending a few nights at this cottage. I am a neat freak who enjoys cleanliness and this cabin lived up to my expectations. The home is nice and private, beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. We could not have been happier with the ease of our stay and would definitely love to return in the future. Thank you for everything! :o) ~Lizzy and Jason~

Our first time renting a cabin, but won't be the last! Very clean and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Everything we needed (except extra toilet tissue). Previous renters (or owners) had left dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and clothes detergent/dryer sheets, but I had brought my own. Hubby and I started the day in the porch rockers and ended it the same way. Lovely, homey decor, comfy beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking breakfast each day.
