This is a well furnished home in Ocean Lakes; MH71 on Live Oak Road, with 3 queen bedrooms plus one bedroom with 2 futons. The living room is exceptionally large with 2 Recliners, a large sofa, a stuffed wingback "Easy" chair with otterman, a 32 inch flat screen digital HD television,plus 2 t v's in other areas, vcr/dvd, sterio, plus a WOOD BURNING stove. Also free INTERNET and PHONE service.
There is a dining room adjoining the living room which seats 6, or more, and a "breakfast nook", plus two at a tall table in the sunroom.
There is a large front deck with table and chairs; these are partially shaded by a large Live Oak tree. This area is encloses and gated to secure your pet/s or small children. We have recently added an outside shower for that quick rinse off after the beach.
The parking is great; 2 in Front and 2 or 3 in the driveway beside the house.
We are a short walk or bike ride to the Beach. You can also rent golf carts from Ocean Lakes Golf Car Rental.

Perfect location!! Our best vacation week, yet! Even experienced Hurricaine Irene while there...and couldn't even tell it was raining while inside...while there were wind gusts outside, which were upwards of 60mph. My family and I were very happy with the property, the area and the owner. It was great for our two year old as well as her grandparents, and all in between. The house is very spacious and well maintained. The deck areas were our personal favorites; which were gated. Communications with owner were quick and easy, too. We hope to be able to return next year; with or without a hurricaine!

Lots of room. It is a very well equipped house with lots of room. There were 10 of us and 2 dogs. Loved it. Owner was so easy to work with. Would definitely go back.

We took our grandaughters age 4 and 7 down for Labor day weekend,and they had a ball. Ocean Lakes is a wonderful place for children!!!
