Our residence has never been rented to SMOKERS, there is absolutely NO PETS of any kind OR SMOKING allowed in the condo, on the balcony or in front hallway/entry way. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!
The gourmet kitchen features cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops, tumbled tile backs plash and stainless steel appliances. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities of an upscale residence. The great room features luxurious furnishings through out the dining area, gathering area and game table area with a wine bar and custom powder room/half bath for visiting guests. The updated electronics include flat screen TVs, VCRs, DVDs, Stereo, Video Library and board games to provide in residence entertainment.
The master suite is elegantly appointed featuring Tommy Bahama furniture, king-size bed with plush pillow top mattress and a 16'6" wall of windows overlooking the Gulf. A private sliding glass door provides access to the spacious balcony. The master bath features cherry cabinetry, double vanities, jetted garden tub, separate shower and a separate water closet with bidet. Why the Owner Chose La Playa Resort
We have always LOVED the Gulf Coast and our move to Atlanta in 1971 gave us the perfect opportunity to really enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Pan Handle on family vacations. Over the years we have rented properties all along the Gulf Coast from Ft. Walton to Panama City and Destin to Grayton Beach. We have always dreamed of one day owning a little piece of that serenity and in 1995, we discovered the perfect place to do it- Perdido Key. Perdido Key's proximity to Atlanta (only 6 hours via car) and to the Pensacola aiport coupled with the uniqueness of its large stretch of national seashore and unspoiled beauty made us fall in love with it immediately. We knew right away that this would be the place where we would finally realize our dream of owning a beach home. Since that time we have owned 4 condos on Perdido Key.
The Unique Benefits at this Gated Luxury Beachfront Condo
La Playa is the fourth condo we have owned on Perdido Key and is definitely our favorite. While the building was under construction, we spent hours inspecting the views to find the perfect unit on the perfect floor so that our view out of the "wall of windows" in the kitchen/living area and on the 450 square foot patio would be a true horizon view (not too high/not too low). We also loved La Playa's location- it is both convieniently located to good restaurants, bars, shopping, the Naval Air Museum and the "Wharf" while still being on the "quiet" part of the beach just a few minutes walk from the national seashore and miles of uninterupted natural beauty.

Lin and I moved to Atlanta from Ohio in 1971. We have always been true beach and water lovers and own a lake house on Georgia's Lake Lanier. We currently live in Roswell Ga and are both real estate agents with REMAX Greater Atlanta.
