A Cozy family home located on the oldest on-mountain private residential road. 3-5 minute walk to the Shipyard Brewhaus and chairlift. Saving up your energy for the mountain? Take the free Sugarloaf on mountain shuttle from your doorstep to all of the valley’s amazing amenities.
This house was built by my father in 1979. Through the years my family and friends have spent all of our winters up at this magical place, making unforgettable memories!! We want to open our home to you so you can share in the memories.
Our home is great for big families/family reunions and of course gatherings of friends. We have a basement with a ping-pong table, refrigerator, and stereo. We also have a mudroom to store all of your ski/board equipment and we love dogs! Therefore dog friendly as long as they are well behaved and have fun.
A few suggestions from the Spot’s you can’t leave Sugarloaf without doing: having a good ping-pong match, grabbing the best “BAG BURGER” in town, dance to some tunes either at the house or down at the RACK, and of course trucking down TOTE-ROAD!!
We love the LOAF and hope you will too.
