Do you like to golf? We are located close to several award winning golf courses. Do you like to relax in a picturesque quiet retreat? This is it!! This lovely home features gorgeous views of the local flora and fauna and the four peaks mountains from the covered patio, kitchen, and dining area windows. Its fun to watch the families of quail scamper across the back yard in the morning as you sip your coffee. Nearby are stores, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, cafes, as I said before - several award winning golf courses, and the highest fountain in the world! Fountain Hills is adjacent to Scottsdale and the Mayo Clinic. We are located on a quiet culdesac yet our home is walking distance to shopping, churches, the Fountain Hills Public Library, and the Fountain! Fountain Hills is a beautiful little community with friendly neighbors and a slower-paced lifestyle. One of our favorite activities is walking around the fountain and greeting others doing the same thing.
Our vacation home features a great room with cathedral ceilings and a stacked stone, woodburning fireplace. It is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and chairs and "pottery barn" style decor. The large kitchen has new appliances and is completely outfitted with everything you need. There is a dining room table that seats four comfortably and a kitchen bar with three barstools. Behind French Doors off the great room is a study with a desk, bookcase, and a comfortable loveseat where you can relax with a good book or take a nap.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom has a new kingsize bed and its own television complete with DVD Player. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a walk in closet.
A new washer & dryer are included in the laundryroom. A 2-car garage with garage door opener along with ample RV parking too!

Why the Owner Chose Fountain Hills
We purchased our Fountain Hills vacation home in 2006 after looking at hundreds of possibilities. There were a number of reasons we chose this particular house. We love the openness and roominess of the floor plan, especially the great room and kitchen area. The view from the back of the house is gorgeous and even though we are in a neighborhood we look out our great room, kitchen or master bedroom windows and feel like we are away from it all. We can see the Four Peaks mountains in the distance and we have a wash that is alive with native Arizonan wildlife. There are lots of quail, unusual birds and havalina. Its such a treat to watch the quail scamper along with a family of baby quail following behind them. We are located near stores, the library, shops, churches, and not far from the fountain. Fountain Hills has a distinct community feel and the people here are so friendly and helpful. Our home has been well-cared for and we are always looking for ways to improve it.

We loved Fountain Hills and we loved our vacation home! Although we were there to go to Mayo Clinic, we looked forward to coming home at night to this beautiful, clean vacation home. Everything you need is there to stay as long as you want. The kitchen was very complete with kitchen utensils and pots and pans as well as nice dishes to do cooking at home if you wished. There was a grocery store just a couple of blocks a way and is centrally located to everything. The bedrooms and baths were spacious with lots of closet and drawer space. We definitely will be back. The owners were delightful and helped us with all our needs and questions. You really feel a sense of community in Fountain Hills and it is so easy to get around. We particularly enjoyed the fountain and the American Grill restaurant for watching sporting events.

We decided to have a mountain biking vacaton to McDowell Regional State Park and this was the house to be in. It is in a quiet neighborhood but was close to everything. We saws wildlife in the backyard, including Javelina. The layout of the house was perfect and very comfortable. It is just a short drive to the state park and we biked 20 miles for three days. The owner was very prompt and available for answers to any questions. We will definitely stay at this house again when back in Fountain Hills.

Our five week stay at your lovely house was wonderful. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood near shopping. The back yard overlooks a large arroyo in which you see a variety of animals and birds. The layout of the house was marvelous. Cathedral ceiling, wonderfully comfortable living room furniture, fabulous master bed, roomy well-stocked kitchen, and a very helpful little den. We appreciated the efficient wifi. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We are looking forward to a longer stay next winter.

We stayed in this beautiful home over Thanksgiving 2009. The house was even better than depicted in the photographs. Everything looked brand new and the house itself was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner, and was a true pleasure to work in. The first morning as we sat out overlooking the lush desert wash, a javeliina walked up behind us. Curious I guess, but my new husband (having never lived in AZ or encountered them before) mistook it for a wild boar, and so was a little surprised! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We will definitely return, and soon we hope!

This was a perfect vacation spot for my family and me. The combination of a beautiful area, good local golf, a terrific supermarket nearby and a well-appointed, comfortable home to relax in at night made for an ideal fall getaway. The owners have put obvious care into the furnishing and decorating of the house, and we loved the back patio for eating breakfast and watching our child explore the great Arizona outdoors. There are some tremendous sunset views all over the Fountain Hills area, too. I couldn’t picture a better location in which to spend a week in Arizona! Thanks again! Dave

We truly enjoyed our all too brief stay in your beautiful Fountain Hills home. We were very pleased with the accommodations and immediately felt at home.
