We are on our way home from a cozy, clean home away from home. The pictures are a true reflection of this well-appointed home. The location is perfect; close to shopping and beautiful scenery. We loved the town. Eating at the American Grill and Firecreek while watching the fountain was delightful. We had fantastic massages at Bodyworks, particularly by Colleen. We visited the old mining town of Goldfield and enjoyed learning the history of this area. Go on the Mine Tour and in the Mystery House but skip the train ride because it is repeat Info and there isn't much new to see. If you bike , walk, run, hike, or just want to sit and relax this is a perfect place. We got day passes to Peak Performance, a great gym. The owners are fantastic people. We recommend this vacation spot without hesitation.

We loved our stay and the owners made every step of the process easy and without concern. The location was perfect for the daily mountain biking I did at McDowell Mountain Park. The house was well stocked with all utlensils and supplies so we never had to look for anything. We loved sitting on the back deck and watching the birds, rabbits, and other wild life come through. Of course we will be back as this is a great house for one or two couples to use as their get-away. And did I mention the great mountain bkiing? Doug & Wendy

Home Away From Home

We decided to have a mountain biking vacaton to McDowell Regional State Park and this was the house to be in. It is in a quiet neighborhood but was close to everything. We saws wildlife in the backyard, including Javelina. The layout of the house was perfect and very comfortable. It is just a short drive to the state park and we biked 20 miles for three days. The owner was very prompt and available for answers to any questions. We will definitely stay at this house again when back in Fountain Hills.

Our five week stay at your lovely house was wonderful. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood near shopping. The back yard overlooks a large arroyo in which you see a variety of animals and birds. The layout of the house was marvelous. Cathedral ceiling, wonderfully comfortable living room furniture, fabulous master bed, roomy well-stocked kitchen, and a very helpful little den. We appreciated the efficient wifi. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We are looking forward to a longer stay next winter.

We found this house to be all we expected and the owners were very easy to deal with. If we would ever buy a place in AZ, it would be in Fountain Hills.

We stayed in this beautiful home over Thanksgiving 2009. The house was even better than depicted in the photographs. Everything looked brand new and the house itself was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner, and was a true pleasure to work in. The first morning as we sat out overlooking the lush desert wash, a javeliina walked up behind us. Curious I guess, but my new husband (having never lived in AZ or encountered them before) mistook it for a wild boar, and so was a little surprised! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We will definitely return, and soon we hope!

We loved Fountain Hills and we loved our vacation home! Although we were there to go to Mayo Clinic, we looked forward to coming home at night to this beautiful, clean vacation home. Everything you need is there to stay as long as you want. The kitchen was very complete with kitchen utensils and pots and pans as well as nice dishes to do cooking at home if you wished. There was a grocery store just a couple of blocks a way and is centrally located to everything. The bedrooms and baths were spacious with lots of closet and drawer space. We definitely will be back. The owners were delightful and helped us with all our needs and questions. You really feel a sense of community in Fountain Hills and it is so easy to get around. We particularly enjoyed the fountain and the American Grill restaurant for watching sporting events.

This was a perfect vacation spot for my family and me. The combination of a beautiful area, good local golf, a terrific supermarket nearby and a well-appointed, comfortable home to relax in at night made for an ideal fall getaway. The owners have put obvious care into the furnishing and decorating of the house, and we loved the back patio for eating breakfast and watching our child explore the great Arizona outdoors. There are some tremendous sunset views all over the Fountain Hills area, too. I couldn’t picture a better location in which to spend a week in Arizona! Thanks again! Dave

We truly enjoyed our all too brief stay in your beautiful Fountain Hills home. We were very pleased with the accommodations and immediately felt at home. We especially enjoyed the crisp Fall mornings sipping coffee by the fire, and taking in the flora/fauna and captivating vistas of the distant mountains.
