Great Views from Snowshoe - Quiet Mountain Retreat
BRAND NEW cedar home with log accents and great views. Construction was completed on March 1, 2008.
Here is a comment from one of our renters that previewed our home for their summer wedding:
'I just wanted to let you know it is everything I had hoped for an more! It's gorgeous! It could not be more perfect for our wedding party - we can't wait...'
Great for multiple families or family reunions. This 3700 sqft home has two master bedrooms each with a private custom bath, two bunk rooms and an in-laws room. We built this home to be comfortable for two or three families to share. The bedrooms will sleep 16 in beds and there is room for 8 more on the one fold out couche, one futon and four other full couches .
The views from the Great Room and Master Bedrooms are unbelievable. You can look across the mountain range viewing the near by peaks and there is even a view of the Keystone slopes. Million Dollar Views out every window!
Our home offers a peaceful Great Room with vaulted ceilings, a floor to ceiling rock, wood-burning fireplace surrounded by chalet windows with great views. A log staircase leads you to the loft with a pool table and 42 inch HDTV. In the lower level sit down in theater seating for a high definition movie or some video games on the 67 inch HDTV in the Theater Room. Also don't worry about your feet getting cold for this house has radiant heating so every morning when your feet hit the slate, hard wood or carpet they will be on a nice warm floors.
The Gourmet Kitchen offers granite counter tops, 5 burner stove, stainless steel appliances and a great center island. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils needed to host a dinner party or just feed the family. There is seating for 17 in and around the kitchen.
This cedar home will have the feel of a LOG home for we have included many LOG accents. There is a log staircase, log posts, log railing and log trim inside the house and outside we have log posts, a log beam roof over the porch and log railing around the porch and decks. The rooms are all decorated with rustic furniture.
Outside there is a Log Beam covered porch and an 8 person private hot tub under the stars just steps away. We have a very private wooded back yard that backs up to open space. There is parking for six cars, two in the garage, four on the asphalt driveway.

This Bear was spoiled in Breckenridge, Colorado!
The special touches that the owner has added in this home are not to be missed. The bathrooms have been decorated with beautiful sinks, faucets and shower heads. No detail was overlooked. The theater room was so comfortable at the end of the day for a movie and of course the hot tub under the starts was just perfect. The mountain decorations added to the ambiance of the home.
My companions and I had everything we needed in the well appointed kitchen to make our meals. The large refrigerator was so nice to have and a lot of free cabinet space was great for putting our food away. I really felt at home here.
While the winters in Colorado provide great skiing, I just LOVE the summer time in the mountains! There is so much to do here, and the weather is great. From walking and hiking to biking the scenic roads, we were good and tired by the end of the day. Breckenridge is a quaint little town with so many fun activities to offer. The Alpine Slide is very close, including shopping and yummy restaurants all close by.
My companions and I enjoyed this exceptional home so much; we did not want to leave! Coming back here for vacation is simply a must.

With half of our family in Northern California, and half of our family in Western Iowa, we chose to meet up in Breckenridge for Thanksgiving, 2012. My parents flew out from CA, My younger sister and her family flew out from IA, my husband, our son, and I drove from IA, and my older sister, her family, and my borhter, drove out from CA. We all arrived, and fell in love with the place. It was so much nicer, being able to stay together, so all the kids could play together. For our every other year meet up, we will always stay in a house. This house was perfect. We all had great sleeping accomadations. The theater room was frequented by the "daddies" of the group, while all the mommies stayed and visited in the kitchen (plenty of seating), or the living room (plenty of seating, too). If we are ever in Breckenridge, all together, we will be styaing here. It was WONDERFUL!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We loved everything about this house and the vacation. Our home away from home. It has everything needed and is soooo beautiful. Perfect place to stay if you want to be able to come home after a long day of skiing, shopping or sight seeing and just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery around you. Plus the kids were able to keep going right in the back yardl. They loved it as well. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We can not wait to stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

What a fabulous home and a perfect place for a family celebration or vacation! All sixteen of us enjoyed every minute of our week on Snow Shoe Circle. Our four grown, married children and our grandchildren (ages 2 - 20) joined us to celebrate Christmas and Grandpa's birthday (not telling which one). Even with the limited amount of snow, everyone enjoyed skiing, snowboarding, tubing (in Frisco), hiking, shopping, dog sledding, snowmobiling, being pampered in Breckenridge spas... returning "home" for dinner and the wonderful hot tub, theater room, pool table, games, family "tales of old", wonderful roaring fires in the breath-taking stone fireplace. (We put all of the grandkids in ski or snowboarding school the first day and that was well worth it!) The owners are delightful, helpful and took care of the only "problem" we had within hours of our phone call. Each family cooked one night and it was fantastic that everyone could be seated in the same area for dinner. Our family voted it the "best ever" vacation spot. If we could return every year, we would.... maybe in the summer next time although the kids would miss all of the winter activities. Thank you for a week none of us will ever forget!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed here in February of 2011. The residence was wonderful. Everything was perfect. I wish I could transplant the home back to Georgia along with the views. Renting a vehicle is a must but I was glad we had one anyway. I recommend waiting to rent a vehicle in Denver instead of online or calling directly to the Denver rental agencies. They are much cheaper than Orbitz etc for a full size SUV....$450 vs. 1,000 plus for 5 days. Going back to the house. As soon as we decide to return to Breck...this is the home we will rent.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful home over MLK weekend 2011. We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable. The theater room was a big hit for watching movies and the living room/kitchen/dining room was a great gathering space for food and games. The property is beautiful (we even had a moose visit)...and the hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. The owners are polite, prompt, and very professional. I would recommend this house to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family and I stayed during Christmas week 2009 and it was spectacular! The owners were very accommodating! It was the picturesque White Christmas mountain "cabin"! If we could, we'd go every year for Christmas! The views are breathtaking, the amenities are spot on and everything was just perfect! I have recommended this house to my friends and would gladly recommend it to anyone who is interested in it!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
