We are pleased to invite you to come stay at our brand new Tri-Level Townhouse/Condo in the Quarter at Westgate. This location is in the heart of what many call "the Times Square of the Desert". If you're a football,baseball or hockey fan, you simply can't find a more convenient place to stay for the big games. Keep your car in our 2 car garage and while others are in the traffic jam, you walk over to one of the many great restaurants and celebrate your day. Or walk back home and watch the highlights on any of three LCD wall mounted TV's.
Westgate is more than just sports. There is a variety of world class shopping all in the same area with more stores opening every month. It offers night life, restaurants and outdoor entertainment as well. There is even a huge AMC movie complex all within a short walk from your condo.
Only 25 minutes from Sky Harbor airport, the location puts you at easy access to many MLB spring training facilities including the Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres (10min), KC Royals, Texas Rangers (15 min), Milwaukee Brewers, Oakland Athletics, San Fransisco Giants (25 min), Chicago Cubs and Anaheim Angels (30 min).
In addition, there is golf, hiking, downtown Phoenix and just about anywhere else you'd like to go in the greater Phoenix area all with in easy access of your vacation home.
The 1,770 sq ft floor plan has three levels with a powder room and den with a 20" LCD TV on the 1st floor with a pull out sofa sleeper. The main level offers a spacious kitchen and living room with a 47" HD/LCD flat screen TV. We now offer direct TV satellite with DVR's in the family room and master suite. On the third floor are two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. The master suite has a 32" LCD flat screen as well. There is an Xbox in the den with games ready to go.
As you can see from the photos, everything you need to wind down and relax is right outside your front door! Adjacent to the pool/spa is the fitness center.

- This unit is located in a new luxury complex called The Quarter and is walking distance to the new Westgate City Center. Westgate has been called the Times Square of the Desert and offers a variety of upscale restaurants, shopping and sporting events such as Cardinal football and Coyotes Hockey all within easy walking distance. And don't forget all the big names in entertainment and shows all at your fingertips right out the front door. There are a number of MLB Spring training facilities and a host of golf courses are minutes away by car.

Why the Owner Chose Glendale
When we purchased our second home, we wanted it to be totally different than our antique Colorado home. We wanted to feel pampered in urban luxury and have the convenience and comforts of home. My husband also requested that he be near anything having to do with golf. So, Arizona fit the bill.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The location of our unit is amazing. You can get to nearly anything you want easily due to the proximity to the 101 (the main beltway around Phoenix). Westgate City Center is in walking distance and the airport is only 25 minutes away. Scottsdale is also about the same distance in the other direction. There are so many places to golf, relax and have the Phoenix treatment.
