Citrus Hills Vacation Greenbriar II Condo located between two golf courses, the Oaks Course and the Meadows Course and just East of the New Skyview course. Citrus County is known for its wonderful Golf courses with over 20 courses residing within a 30 minutes drive and several within a 5 minute drive - including four ranked among the top 100 in the nation by Golf Digest magazine. Ideal weather for golf starts in October and lasts till the end of May (unless you are like me), I golf all year round; I hit the links early in the morning all during the summer!
You have a community heated pool 100 ft away, and close-by tennis courts. The area offers great fresh water fishing in the Tasia Apopka Lakes and salt-water fishing in the Gulf. Easy access to Disney, nearby Orlando, Ocala and Tampa, 8 miles to Homosassa Springs, visit Whispering Pines Park in Inverness; go to Silver Springs, or visit Crystal Springs ... and many more attractions.
What a great condo; The master bedroom has a King Size bed, bath with tub and shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed, closet and bath with walk-in shower. This second bedroom has a separate entrance for complete privacy! There is a 19 inch TV in the second bedroom.
A smartly designed kitchen includes all necessities and newer appliances; just bring your personals. Do not want to cook? You have easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
It is a quiet and we mean quiet END Condo, on the corner of Hartford Ave. and Annapolis Ave. It offers an exceptional view from the lanai(Porch) with no obsticals, e.g. trees or buildings. Phone is available but hook-up cost is at renters' expense. Over 300 feet to the nearest home!
Unit includes a large sreen TV in living room and a 19" flat screen TV in second bedroom, CABLE, VCR and Video Library package. The Condo was up-grated in 2006. This year we installed new fans and a new 40 gal. hotwater heater (add 2/2009). The utilities (Electric, cable, and water) are included in the rental rate. A NEW A/C unit (high efficience and quite) was installed May 2009.
Strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Located in the exclusive Citrus Hills Development.
