Welcome to 22 Klamath Lane! Our custom-built, 1800-square-foot home is nicely furnished with fabulous amenities, rich oak, and quality throughout. It quickly becomes your home-away-from-home.
Nestled among towering ponderosa pines on a serene, wooded, private street, you are a short walk to the Deschutes River and one-half block from the seventh fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course. A bike path runs outside the back door for a ten-minute bike ride to the Village Mall, Sunriver Lodge, and the new Sage Springs Health Club and Spa. Our home is quiet and serene, yet close to all the activities for which Sunriver is famous.
Our home was quality-constructed with a reverse-living, split-level design with a comfortable open floor plan that is well-suited for a couple or a larger clan. The master suite, full bath, living room, dining, and kitchen are on the light and spacious main floor. Enjoy the TV, VCR, and private deck in the master suite, while treating yourself to the most restful nights imagined on our custom-made Restonic king-size bed.
In the great room, a rare Ochoco stone hearth graces the gas fireplace. A wall of sliding glass doors beckon you out to the wrap-around deck where you will enjoy watching deer graze as you barbecue or sunbathe. A large oak dining table seats eight for dinner, and a bar off the well-designed and well-equipped kitchen seats two more. A queen-size sofa bed, large cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD player, stereo, games, and books complement the living area.
Downstairs you will find a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and two sturdy bunkbeds in the third bedroom - perfect for the kids. A full bath, laundry room, and large garage complete the downstairs.

Two-Night Deposit to hold reservation; Full Payment DUE 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Full Refund (less $75 rebooking fee) if at least 30 days
before arrival.

We loved your comfortable, well-built home and now have a "home away from home" we can keep returning to in the years ahead. We had always wanted to stay in Sunriver in the Fall, and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed walking the river path so close to the house, and watching the trees change color. Your home was perfect; well-kept, clean, nicely furnished and well laid out. Nice big common areas upstairs for family games, meals, and conversation. We had the perfect family retreat. Thank you again. We'll be back!

Eden,thank you for a glorious week in your glorious home. Your pictures on the website do not capture the beauty of the setting outside, nor of the quality inside. The furnishings are lovely and we enjoyed the new heavenly beds, spacious deck and super private location. We had deer in the yard every morning, and walked to the river every afternoon. My daughter even found a flicker nest with babies chirping inside. Thank you for the information on the planetarium too. We saw saturn, mars, mercury and jupiter in one night! We appreciate your sharing your incredible, comfortable home with us, and we know we will come back as soon as possible! Montreal is beautiful, but Sunriver is magnifique! Merci! (From House Guestbook) Thank you for renting your vacation home to us. We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. We enjoyed the large patio deck and the private view of the trees; lots of peace and quiet! My children particularly enjoyed seeing all the deer! We don't have those in Florida. Thanks again; we would love to come back next year.
