Accessed from a pedestrianised street so typical of the town, the 2-story residence comprises:

* Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table, gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dish washer.
* 2 double bedrooms, one with twin beds which may be pushed together to form a 180cm king-size bed.
* 1 family bathroom with double wash basins, bath and shower. Wall-mounted hair dryer. Separate toilet.
* Courtyard with dining table & chairs. Barbecue.
* First floor balcony with chairs.
* Central heating throughout for winter lets.
Rental is inclusive of all linens (bedding, bath towels and kitchen linens). Fresh linen is provided at the end of every week. Cot & baby equipment available on request (extra charge).
* Gas, electricity & water all inclusive for summer rental.
* Available all year. Long term winter rentals particularly welcomed. Sorry no pets.
* English-speaking caretaker lives in the town and can answer any questions.
