Sand, pool and sea - St Maarten, Nettle Bay Beach Right on the beach and under the coconut trees! This beautiful duplex is located on the unspoiled French side of St. Martin. The unit is part of the Nettle Bay Beach Club Residence. This gated residence offers 4 swimming pools and 3 tennis courts and is located on the beach of Nettle Bay. 4 Restaurants are located a within short walking distance. The spectacular beaches of Long Bay, Bay Rouge, Plum Bay and Cupecoy are all within a 5 minutes drive. Marigot, the capital of French St. Martin, has wonderful shopping and fabulous restaurants. Dutch-side nightlife entertainment with casinos and nightclubs are a short 10 minutes drive, Juliana Airport is at 15 minutes drive. The duplex consists of 2-bedrooms, 2-baths with an oceanfront terrace and a second story sundeck for private sun bathing. The fully equipped kitchen leads into the dining and living room areas. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other a king-sized bed.
