It is centrally located and one of the closest beaches to Disney. The area is famous for being a surfing town with a slower pace and nice friendly people. 2011 is the fourth year that we have stayed in this condo. It was pure luck that we chose VRBO and found this beautiful location. One always wonders if the photo's in ads are accurate, but this time the property was exactly as pictured. Two bedrooms, two full baths, den, kitchen,living/dining room, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. We have had a great experience working with the owner, and the location for us is perfect - right on the beach with a Publix grocery, Walgreens drugs, several excellect restaurants all nearby. The highway is not as congested as some surrounding areas. There is a lot of affordable golf courses nearby, and we are only about 25 minutes from Port Canaveral if you are interested in a cruise! The airports are just a little over an hour away. My husband has become an avid "surf" fisherman, and with the beach at the doorstep, it makes a great passtime. We would highly recommed this property to anyone interested in spending some time in Paradise!Recommended for: Age 55+.
