The view is breathtaking from our newer beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the twelfth floor. Island Royale opened in June of 2002 so all of the furnishings are new.
Master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. Fully equipped kitchen. Extra large balcony!
Great beach and location! Many restaurants and amusements nearby, or just relax on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by. Take a walk on the beach in the beautiful sugar white sand.
Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub.

This property was very clean and maintained. It is located close enough we walked to The Hangout, Bahama Bob's and visited the shops in that area. The living room area had a couch plus a love seat and chair, which gave you a home feeling of comfort. The kitchen was supplied well with cookware so you could prepare most anything. The Master King Bed was comfortable. We did not use the other bed so I can not comment on it's comfort. Both bathrooms were very roomy having a tub/shower combo. The patio had a nice solid glass top rod iron table with rod iron patio chairs. None of that plastic stuff! We made a last minute decision for this trip and Ron, the owner was great to work with. The building had a bicycle rack for locking up your bike. But the exercise room did not open as early as we would had liked. The pool is small but had outdoor/indoor swimming area.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed here in early summer. The place is very nice, the owner, Ron, easy to work with. Although there aren't many pics don't let that deter you, it's clean and nice and well appointed. The rates are very competitive. If I remember correctly, it's on the 11th floor. The little convenience store accross the street and Bahama Bobs Restaraunt are easily within walking distance. My family and I would stay here again and hope to do so next summer.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
