Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanwalk condo located in New Smyrna Beach, FL. This gated complex, located one hour from Orlando and 25 minutes from Daytona Beach, features a paved nature walk, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, and beach access on the "no driving" section!
Our smoke and pet-free end unit was newly renovated in January 2008. It is on the 3rd floor of building 6, very close to the pool complex. It features two covered balconies, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV, wireless high speed internet, and free local calls.
We are now accepting weekly and monthly reservations through 12/10.
IMPORTANT:
A. A $400 security deposit will hold your reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the premises and/or contents thereof. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in a non-interest-bearing escrow account. Full payment for rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
B. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/she must do so by written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the rental date. Cancellations less than 30 days forfeit their security deposit.
C. A one-time cleaning fee of $125 will be applied to each rental.
