Within one block are two tram stops and the Yellow metro line. A short three minute stroll can take you to the Old Town Square or the Munincipal House and a main shopping district. The apartment is a newly renovated 40 square meter flat that features wooden parquet and tiles on the floor. It has a bedroom, a storage/ hanging space, and a living room with a kitchenette.
