Beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.
Relax with a cool drink on the screened Lanai, or take a dip in the brand new heated swimming pool. If you’d prefer the beach, a quick 10 minute bike ride (bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella supplied) will take you to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Dine at the Ritz or LaPlaya and go for a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf.
The décor can best be described as Tommy Bahama meets the beach. The master bedroom has a King size bed, walk in closet, large flat screen TV with DVD and VCR players. The master bathroom comes equipped with a hairdryer and make-up mirror. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Everything is brand new.
The gourmet kitchen includes stainless appliances, ice maker, microwave and all utensils. Cook a gourmet meal, or bake a cake. Everything is there.
The living room has a beautiful leather couch and chair, 50" Plasma TV with DVD player. A stereo/CD player with an iPod dock is supplied so that you can listen to your own tunes.
Restaurants, shopping, theater, concerts and movies are all located very close by.
This is truly your “home away from home”.

December 2008 A wonderful place to spend Christmas with the family. Plenty of room and things to do for 6 adults and a 2 year old. We enjoyed our morning walks, bike rides and relaxing by the pool. July 2008 Your house was a big part of our holiday. It's so private and peaceful. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and being walking distance to the beach. Spring Break (2008)- March We had a wonderful time in Naples. Your house was a perfect fit for our family of 6. Our children loved the convenience of the pool. We enjoyed the pecefulness of the surrounding area. Our week went by way too quickly. The thought of going back to cold Chicago makes us sad! Staying at your house made for a great vacation. February 2008 Thank you so much for the use of your home for the month. We had terrific weather- 80 degrees every day but one, and only one rainy day. It was so much better than Green Bay, Wisconsin- set a record snowfall (16 inches) and only 2 days all month that the temperature was above 0 degrees. This is a very peaceful house and we used the pool every day! Thank you for the wonderful time. We had everything we needed. Thanks again.
