This beach house is 2300 sq.ft under roof,it is like a duplex with 2 apt.'s upfront facing the beach. Apt.1 2/bd 2/bth sleeps 4+ comfortably* Apt.2 1&1/2 bed 1/shower bath sleeps 2 or 4 * & Apt.3 Studio sleeps 2 or 4 * all have been newly renovated and updated, these are exceptional and in impeccable condition and are right on the beach, right on the Gulf of Mexico waters.

The apartment's have extra large windows where you never lose sight of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and we have new comfortable king beds in the master bedrooms, alot of rental apt.'s don't offer. Being on the West coast of Florida you have the most spectacular sunsets, beautiful and enchanting. The most ideal temperature and weather for anything that you could wish to do in this charming and elegant key. Even in the summer, yes it's hot! in Florida, but not on the beach, enjoy everyday cool on~shore~breezes and swim in refreshing and invigorating Gulf of Mexico waters.
Manasota Key, Englewood beach is becoming one of the most sought after vacation spots along the west coast of Florida. Hands down we offer more than any other vacation rental, we have recently renovated and updated all of our Apt.'s. We have more amenities, as Verizon DSL Wifi internet service, free local and long distance, 2 cable televisions in each Apt., KING size beds, new appliances, refrigerators, microwaves, toaster, coffee makers, easy access to the washer and dryer, BBQ grill, beds, pillows all linens and towels, beach chairs and umbrella's, we supply almost all your kitchen and bathroom needs.
When we say these Apt.'s come completely furnished all you need is your toothbrush, bathing suit and a pitcher of Margarita's, and it's hello Jimmy Buffett.
I personally see that these Apt.'s are exceptionally clean and well taken care of.
Your door opens right onto the beach and even from within the Apt.'s the large windows give you just the most spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico waters.
Being right on the beach is just worth it, when you open your door every morning and see the Gulf of Mexico waters and every evening watch the sunsets from your beach, words can't really describe it.

Hello my name is Neal Borasch I am a New Yorker from Manhattan and my family retired here in Port Charlotte Florida years ago. Well our mother use to take us to Englewood beach and we would go for long walks, well one day she saw this beach house and fell in love with it and so did we! It was a fantastic place to grow up and I cherished everyday that we were able to spend it on this beach, it had a huge influence on me because I love nature and I believe that Englewood beach "our beach" is one of the most beautiful and scenic in the State.

Arrived on 1/7/12 for 2 wks. and it was everything described and more. Neal the owner was very friendly and accomadating. The property was very clean and well maintained and the neighbors were very friendly. My wife and I would comeback anytime and would recommend it to anyone. Down the road was Lock and Key and Flounders restaurants with Flounders being our favorite. What a great time!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

Spent a week here in the End of April 2011. We had the best time ever there. We were in the 2br/2ba unit. We brought so much with us and learned so very fast we didnt need a 1/4 of what we brought it really is all there! The location is amazing we would sit nightly and watch the sunset, the wildlife and the birds and the water and the beach and the shells, its endless. I tell so many about our stay here, selfishly worrying they may get our week!! :) Anything we asked for or needed was accomodated and my recommendation to this rental goes above and beyond!

Recently my parents and I had wonderful stay in the two bedroom property! As it was my second stay at this property, I knew what to expect and it was even better than I remembered. Clean and homey accommodations with a view that can’t be excelled. It is such a treat to have an unobstructed view of the beautiful beach and be just steps from the water! I am certain I will return. It was the first trip anyone can remember being on with my dad when after the first two days he wasn’t talking about home. Even though we were all reluctant to leave when our week was up, it was my dad that had the hardest time with leaving this little corner of paradise! Thank you Neal for all you did to make our trip so great!

What a wonderful little piece of heaven. My mom and I spent 4 days here over Labor Day weekend and couldn't have enjoyed it more! Neal and his family are just the nicest people you can imagine, whatever you need, they'll get it for you. We're already trying to decide how soon we can come back!

Awesome sunsets 6 out of 7 nights! Saw lots of dolphins and even a manatee. The location of this property is perfect - right next to Stump Pass Park (lots of shark teeth rolling in on the beach throughout the day). There are 5 places to eat (and/or drink) less than a mile away, too. If you are looking for off the beaten path and real laid back you have found your next beach vacation destination! Neal, we've been vacationing on Manasota Key since 1997 and have found our new home - we'll be back to spend more time at your property next time we need a beach fix...thanks again! Kathleen and Mark

Wow, what a wonderful time we had at the beach house celebrating our 10th Anniversary! The weather, accommodation, everything was just perfect! We traveled with two little Yorkies, who loved the place too! The sunsets are amazing, by the way. And, to wake up to the view is like awakening in Paradise! Neal is a wonderful host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Good tips on places to eat, too! We plan to return!!

My sister, my best friend (and her pre-teen daughter) and myself all stayed in the larger apartment and it was absolutely wonderful! Neal was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to do business with him and his family. I can understand why his mother fell in love with the house...it is perfect. We saw sea turtles, manatees, dolphins and of course the various "beach" birds, lol...especially when I got out my fishing rod, lol....yes, guys, women fish too. I would highly recommend this property and Mr. Neal, and I don't think anyone would be unhappy with what they get for their hard earned money, this property is well worth the price!!! Given the opportunity, we hope to return and enjoy the beach and apartment again soon!!! Oh, by the way, the advertisement is correct, it is immaculate and everything you need is there...we utilized the two bikes, and I think I even lost a pound or two, lol. My family and I had a fantastic time here. The house was clean and well-stocked with towels, linens, etc. Neal and his crew went above and beyond when we had lost one of our bags (teenagers!) when leaving. The view of the gulf and the beach right in front of the house were breathtaking. I cannot stress enough the personal hospitality with this rental. It really makes a difference feeling like a guest as opposed to just some renter. My father who lives in Florida had a wonderful time there as well. Of course we were amazed, we live in Ohio! But the fact that father enjoyed it there so much shows that this area has much to offer. Thanks again Neal. We hope to make it down there again soon. P.S.: On our 2nd day, a manatee swam right up to us while swimming in the gulf (not the bay). It was kind of frightening at first seeing the huge unknown shadow slowly making its way towards us. We couldn't believe it and will probably be telling that story for decades.

I tend to be rather demanding in my requirements for accommodations, and I love this studio apartment in Englewood. This is a lovely studio on the beautiful sandy beach. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable - especially the king sized bed. The owners have thought of everything and added little touches that really made the place special. The high speed wifi is a plus. Neal (owner) also is very helpful with local information and activity suggestions. I will definitely stay here again. BD
