This is the largest 3BR/3BA unit on the Island. Most importantly, this is a ground floor unit - no steps, no elevators, no high balconies - great for children and adults of all ages. This unusual, open floor plan provides exceptional panoramic viewing throughout the property, and affords our guests maximum exposure to the beaches and Gulf. The two Master Suites are Gulf front and have TV's and Walk-In Closets. The Master Suites are located at opposite ends of the unit, allowing for additional privacy. The Kitchen has a sit-down breakfast bar adjacent to the Dining Room table area, and is fully-equipped with all utensils and full-size appliances. There are 1.5-inch granite countertops throughout the unit as well. There is also a separate Laundry Room with full-size washer and dryer.
This condominium has ceiling fans in every room in the unit; and there are five "sets" of sliding glass doors that open out to the Gulf of Mexico. Guests of this property, literally, LIVE ON THE BEACH!

We enjoyed this condo last year on our yearly beach trip (six kids!!). This was the perfect condo at a reasonable price. 1st floor, great with kids! Decorated tastefully, but not overdone. When the owner claims it's the largest, I don't think they are kidding. This place compared to houses I've rented on the beach, but with all the amenities of a well manicured condo. The best part, the owners are very nice and communicate well throughout the process. I hope to return!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This condo is gorgeous! We stayed here in 2007, however it was not until searching VRBO recently that I realized how important reviews are! This unit is very comfortable and roomy. The end unit on the ground level, it is nice for people with children as hauling beach gear and babies can be exhausting! The pool is literally right around the corner of the unit, however the beach is more than 10 steps. But it is close! The description of the property (other than the proximity of the beach) is accuate. The owner was helpful and friendly. The rental was well supplied with linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We would love to return alas the size of our growing family makes 13 hour drives a thing of the past for now. At the time of our visit there were only two restaurants on the island - any shopping and most dining would be done across the bridge.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
