This private home has everything needed for a ski in and out relaxing ski retreat or relaxing summer getaway. This home has 2 rental options: The upper and lower level with loft that sleeps 10 or the lower level (sleeps 6)with family room with satelite TV, 2 bedrooms and baths, kitchenette, laundry, sauna and hottub.
Enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the entire Brighton resort. Walk 300' to the slope, drop down to the brand new Millicent Quad Lift and enjoy a day of skiing at either Brighton or Solitude, then ski in to this beautifully crafted home. Unwind in the over sized sauna and hot tub on the back patio, or sit and enjoy the magnificent view from the great room on cozy couches in front of a warm gas fire. The expansive custom designed kitchen is great for dining as a group.
This home has 2 bedrooms along with a bedroom area in the loft and a large comfy dorm room with a view that can't be beat. There are 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath for rental use. The family room is adjoined to the 2 lower level bedrooms has a pull out queen size sofa bed with an extra layer of memory foam for comfort. This home is equipped with all the extras for entertainment, including board games, movies, satellite TV, wireless internet and office area.
A lock out maste suite area is not rented and may be occupied by a caretaker. The lock out area has a seperate entry from the deck.
Rent the lower level that has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a pull out couch in the family room, kitchenette, sauna, and hot tub for just $450 per night (sleeps 6).
Monthly rentals will be considered.

Clarification on the number of bedrooms that can be rented and the lock out master suite is as follows. The accomodation description indicates 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Only 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms as well as other sleeping areas are available to rent. The master suite is not for rental use. If this is an issue, please do not inquire about this property.
