We selected "Serenity" for this years stay in Palm Springs, we were not disappointed. The owners were very efficient, polite, and went the extra mile for us. The private back yard & pool were beautifully landscaped -a wonderful place to relax with a great view of the mountains. The home was nicely decorated and well stocked-from spices, paper towels, toilet paper and much more - this made it easier on arrival. The airport was near, which made it handy to take and pick up family & friends. We would definitely come back if the date was available.

Wonderful Experience at Serenity

We just concluded two great weeks at Serenity. All aspects of the home met or exceeded our expectations. The yard is particularly lovely and very private. The airport is nearby but the home is off to the side. There is some occasional takeoff noise but it did not detract from the overall peaceful experience. We found the location to be well positioned for our golf, hiking and grocery shopping excursions. The pantry was well-stocked with essential spices, oils, etc. We would definitely stay again at Serenity.

Wonderful experience, wonderful home. The landscape design is fabulous. My family and friends agree. I would love to return to Palm Springs, and when I do I hope I can rent Serenity again. It was better than the photos. I would recommend it.

Walking through the house to the backyard for the first time is a major surprise. Incredibly beautiful. We are gardeners and could appreciate the landscaping, with tastefully designed pool and hot tub. Coffee each morning poolside with the view of the mountains got the day off to a good start (stunning views). The kitchen is quite roomy and the hosts have appointed this extremely well. If what you need here is not present then you don't need it! The master bedroom bed was wonderful. Our kids visited once from L.A. and the "blow-up" bed really filled the bill for the grand kids, who easily "fit" in the second bedroom with their parents. The outside cabana room was a real plus, complete with comfortable sitting, television, and atmosphere. The attached two-stall garage was another plus, The hosts were very responsive and helpful in pointing out things or answering any questions we had. One problem: it didn't last long enough (and we stayed a month). Highly recommend. We enjoyed hiking and various restaurants -- Lulu's --a wonderful bar for happy hour -- good and nicely priced. This place has a wonderful energy. If you like Mexican food, we recommend Las Casuelas, which is almost next door to Lulu's. Palm Springs is off the charts! We absolutely loved it and will be back -- it's a real place with real people. We travel a fair amount and count this place as one of the best!

Our second visit to this lovely home. The house is beautifully furnished and the garden, pool and spa are absolutely idyllic. It is the perfect place to relax and the attention to detail provided by the owners really made us feel welcome. We cannot wait to return.

We were very pleased that the photos and description as listed was the same. This is a great place to relax and soak up the sun. Close to everything and quick to the airport. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a wonderful surprise and we enjoyed the wine with dinner. Roger, Thank you for making this well needed vacation a restful, no- stress holiday. Your attention to detail was appreciated and we will be back for more sun. A great house to stay in!!!!

Thank you Roger & Jamie for providing such a fantastic spot. Your recent renovation is beautifull. The star of the show however for us was the very private back yard and pool area. We spent the most part of our two weeks outside enjoying it, and I can attest that it absolutely delivers the Palm Springs Vibe. The home is completely equipped in every category. Having been a VRBO regular renting in Palm Springs for over 10 years, the value delivered here is simply superb. Thanks again.

My Wife and I traveled to Palms Springs hoping to get away from the rain in Oregon. We had a calendar of events planned. Upon reaching Serenity in Palm Springs. We threw our calendar away and spent our week relaxing in one of the nicer homes we've ever rented.

We recently stayed at "Serenity" with our 9 year old daughter for spring break. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the amenities that the home had to offer. We were very impressed with the way the owners have equipped the kitchen and didn't want for anything. The owners even called us on the first day to make sure we got into the home without any problem, and had everything that we needed. We had our groceries delivered through Albertsons so we could better enjoy every minute at the house - we highly recommend this. The pool, spa, and grounds were well taken care of and provided hours of enjoyment. We cooked many meals on the gas BBQ and thoroughly enjoyed the views, and the beautifully landscaped yard. If you haven't rented a private home before, you should definitely give Serenity a try - you won't be disappointed. The Waggoners - Portland, OR

Serenity in Palm Springs is all it says and more. Beautiful decor, garden, spa and pool.Every amenity is catered for. We have stayed in several private rentals in the area and this is our favourity by far.

There is a huge difference in renting a "house" or renting a "home". During our vacation, we felt like we were in a home-away-from home. The garden and pool areas are spectacular. This propery is remarkably well decorated (without all the typical rental-rugged furnishings), superbly maintained, and not lacking in details for comfort. The owner's can take great pride not only in their home, but in the congenial manner in which they welcome travelers who stay there. This is a first-rate place to stay...and we are looking forward to our next trip to Serenity in Palm Springs.

Many units to choose from in P.S. area and so glad we chose Serenity. The home is impeccably clean, comfortable,well equipted & decorated. The absolute highlight is pool/spa, patio and garden area. We planned each day to return by early afternoon to enjoy that beautiful area. Out 2 best meals during our 1 week stay was on the patio. A grilled dinner, eating by candlelight watching aerial tram ascend and desend could not be matched at any restaurant. Appreciated the WIFI-sat in cabana or at patio table each morning or eve checking out golf courses, hiking trails,& restaurants. We definitely will return.

We just returned from our 1 week stay...NOT long enough! This home truly is "Heaven on Earth" and we had a fabulous time. The house is very well equipped with all of the amenities. The backyard gardens and the salt water pool are amazing and great for entertaining friends or just kicking back. Quiet, very private and lush. We are still telling our friends all about the house and how truly relaxing it was. Very centrally located, close to amazing shopping, restaurants and golf. A true gem in the desert! We are currently planning our next year's visit!

Just wanted to send you a note of thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home this past week. We really hated to leave there as it was so comfortable and serene. We spent many hours playing in the pool with the kids, enjoying the sun and beautiful landscaping in your backyard. We had nice gentle breezes that kept us from not getting too hot when the temp got into the 90's. Thanks again!!!

Thank you so much for our wonderful month's stay in your classic mid-Century Palm Springs home. It was in impeccable condition inside and out, and beautifully decorated within. We didn't want for anything. We really appreciated all your personal touches, from your high quality soft Egyptian cotton sheets to your well equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook and entertain with ease. The little decorating touches are artfully done and make the house feel like a home. Your living room was very comfy and we enjoyed your LCD wide screen TV. Your front and back gardens were beautifully planted and we admired them every day. We sat outside by your pool and swam laps in the day, and luxuriated in the spa at night, taking in the stars and decorative garden lighting. Friends were envious when we emailed them photos; this is somewhat akin to gloating! You have done an outstanding job in the back with your new patio, the tiling of the pools and your covered cabana (a great spot when the sun gets too hot) with the beautiful furniture and TV in the cabinet. That part was great for Superbowl! It was sad to leave; we enjoyed your home so much. Because we sent photos to friends, they now want the VRBO address because they too could see it really was Serenity in Palm Springs. We hope to visit again in the near future. This is the perfect home for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The yard is beautifully landscaped and the hot tub and pool are devine. The kitchen is well equiped/stocked for anything you made need. We even made fresh lemonaide from the fruit of the tree in the back yard. Heavenly! The house is well located for all that Palm Springs has to offer. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. Enjoy!
