  Dear Phil and Susan, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home in Davenport. Our children had a wonderful time swimming, & enjoying the sunny weather. Your home was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The outside grounds were very well taken care of .It was very easy to get to, and very close to all the outlets. We will definetly be back again next year. Thank you.

  My wife's family had not seen each other in nine years, so we elected for a family vacation together in one house in a place with lots to visit and do. And this house was perfect. There were plenty enough bedrooms for everyone, and a great en-suite for us. There was also space to get together and away from each other: a large main living room area with television (which we set up for playing music together and watching movies), a large out-door pool area with a hot-tub which faced a water-way and a large tree (only one visible neighbor), a garage with a pool table (where the kids played constantly and we couldn't hear them), and two eating areas (for spreading out when needed to play games). The kitchen is large, and more than adequate to store all the food we needed. There were lots of utensils, pots, plates, and cups. There is no staples, salt or pepper, however, so you need to bring/buy all that. There is however a Publix (grocery) store very near, and also a fully-equiped gym called "Anytime Fitness". The key and alarm system worked well, as did the pool door alarms (though it was a pain for us given the age of our kids). We did have to call the local service provider to turn on the heat (as it was unseasonably cold during our visit) however they were there within an hour, and were pleasant enough. Overall we had a great reunion, were able to do lots of things and had a restful vacation, thanks to this excellent accomdation.

  My family and I arrived and felt instantly at home. The house was well maintained an had everything we needed for the week. Shopping and attractions were nearby. The house is on the corner, so we had lots of privacy.

  This home was a good value: a good price for a roomy home located only 15 minutes from Disneyworld. A few minor issues on check in were quickly adressed. The home is outfitted as listed, but the availability of a barbecue grill will change following our stay - verify how that works before you book. There were a couple of cases of bugs or lizards in the house, especially in one bathroom, but these are not unusual for a Florida house. The home shows some wear and tear, such as in the light colored carpets and walls, but everything important worked fine - Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc. You will need to buy most consumables for your stay including toilet paper and soap. But there are plenty of towels and linens. There is a pool door alarm, required by local law - adults must open/close for younger children. Jacuzzi is part of pool so it has same water temperature as pool and bubbling takes a long time to start up, but great once it's going. Downstairs remains cool, upstairs is a bit less cool. The setting is a quiet neighborhood with some other rental units next door and nearby, and it is surrounded by ponds and wetlands which means lots of night time frog noise and birds in the morning. There is a common use area next to the house on one side where neighbors walk their dogs. On the other side is another rental home.

  Renting this villa was my first and I was a bit nervous. But it turned out to be an excellent experience. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. I was impress with the professionalism of the whole process. I highly recommend this villa. You can't beat all the you get for the prize.

  All 10 of us were very comfortable in this large house. The proximity to Universal Studios, Disney World, SeaWorld and even the Kennedy Space Centre Museum is not too far away. The directions received prior to our arrival made navigation very simple and the "book of conveniences" at the house helped us find other facilities. We would recommend this property for rent to a family group. There is room for everyone.

We all had a wonderful time and the Villa was just brilliant and so close to everything. We have no trouble finding it either. The Swimming pool was great.   We stayed in this home for more than 2 weeks during the Christmas Holiday. It was a fantastic stay for us! The location was absolutely wonderful. We did not think that we would be as close to DisneyWorld as we were. Not to mention the various day trips we took, great location! The home was very clean. The pool was used almost daily. Our only regret was that we didn't stay at "home" as much as we would have liked to as we had so many other things to do. Fabulous dining was just a few miles away. Endless entertainment was always near. We loved having the shopping center close by. We would definately visit this property again. Phil has always been prompt in answering emails and the property managers were just a phone call away while we were there and were very helpful. What else can I say except that we throughly enjoyed our stay, loved the home and location and wished we were still there! We would highly recommend this property for families. We had a fantastic time and found the accommodations more than adequate for our party of 3 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. Thank you for offering this property for vacation rental. Linda & Mike
