This condo is in one of the most desirable locations in the complex. A full ocean view is available from almost anywhere inside the condo with a great lanai to sit and watch the whales jump. The upper pool and BBQ area are only steps from your ground floor Lanai door.
This unit has been extensively renovated and features custom Ethen Allen furniture including a king size bed in the master and a queen size hide a bed in the living room that inflates and is extremely comfortable. New large flat screen TV's have been added in the living room as well as the Master.
The kitchen comes fully equipped, cable television, new washer/dryer, telephone, free wireless internet access, ceiling fans,in room safe and air conditioning in the master bedroom.
You can expect a stress free holiday on beautifully landscaped grounds directly across from Kamaole Beach III.
We also have a 2 bedroom unit with a loft available.

My wife, boys ages 7 & 10 just returned from staying at this lovely, well appointed condo complex! the pictures do not do it justice. Being a mere 30 feet from the pool and having a short drive to many wonderful beaches has left us with many fond memories. We had a little difficulty with the lock box, but we were pleasantly surprised by the owners parents who were on property at a different unit and came over the very next morning to check in on us. The grounds are immaculately kept and one of the landscapers actually cut down several coconuts for my wide eyed boys and we enjoyed our first morning to fresh coconut juice. We went surfing in Lahina at the Maui Surf Clinic, hung out under the gigantic Banyon Tree, stared in amazement at a cruise ship offshore, went up the road to Hana and hiked into the Twin Falls. We went to so many beaches that I cant even mention all of them. We also ran along a paved path in front of the Marriot and several other of the larger hotels in Makena which is only a 5 to 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again with out hesitation! This unit was absolutely beautiful and the view was to die for. The owner was more than helpful when I contacted him and very accommodating when I ran into a mail glitch. The photos on the site were amazing but could not depict the true beauty of the unit and property in person. We even complimented the lawn and landscape crew for their meticulous care of the grounds. Unit was clean and beautifully furnished with all of the things you would ever need and more. I hope to return very soon and once again take advantage of this wonderful place.

We come to Maui each year with several friends and the group always stays at Hale Kamaole. Over the years, we have collectively experienced many different units. In fact, each year we visit this website while we are there and pick the unit we want for the following year. I can tell you that our search for the perfect room is over. The location is ideal, the view is spectacular, and the amenities are first rate. We are counting the days until our return.
