  My husband and I have spent the last two winters in this condo and have enjoyed every minute we have spent there. The condo is well equipped and so comfortable. The view from the balcony is very spectacular and so nice every morning having coffee and looking out at the ocean.

  We come to your condo every year and each time we are impressed with all of the upgrades you have done! Your condo is very clean and we love the views! It is so easy to get to the beach as well as the pools. Your place is very well stocked, we always find what we need. The kids look forward to our trip every year! Thank you!

  This condo was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. All communication with the owners prior to our stay was timely and helpful. Our boys loved the resort and all of the things there were to do.

  Thank you for renting us your condo at the Myrtle Beach Vacation Resort. It is a beautifully maintained unit that provided everything we could ask for. Walking into such a clean and pleasant unit after a long drive was a great feeling. The view was relaxing ~ I enjoyed getting up early and sitting on the balcony reading my book. My children enjoyed a child friendly, safe environment. We had a wonderful vacation that I hope our children will remember fondly as they grow up. Thank you again for the hospitality and generosity you provided us by offering such a lovely vacation home.

  Just a quick note to thank you for the great week we spent at your condo in Myrtle Beach last week. The condo was exactly as described, and we especially enjoyed that the kitchen was well stocked, and that the kids had lots of beach toys to use. This was particularly important for us because we were flying from Canada and could not bring all the beach stuff needed with kids. We used all the pools on the resort, and the kids voted that the one by the beach (closer to building A) was the best. The lazy river also was very appreciated. I definitely recommend your unit!

  Dear Howard and Maxine, Hello, this is Jason Tanksley. I just wanted to let you know that my family and I left this morning to head back to TN and we absolutely LOVED your condo. My wife could not get over how beautiful it was and the kids and I really enjoyed it! We stayed at Myrtle Beach Resorts last year and didn't enjoy the place we stayed in nearly as much as we did this year.   This condo was as described and MORE!!! It is well-maintained and very nice. The owners were very pleasant to deal with from the beginning. We will definitely stay at this condo sometime in the future. The condo itself is in great shape with everything supplied for you (such as kitchen utensils, bowls, pots, etc.) Anything you can think of you might need, the owners have already thought of and it is there. I think it has one of the best unobstructed views of the ocean at the resort. The resort itself has several wonderful pools. It also has a cabana by the beach which comes alive at night with music and dancing. Great stay. Thanks so much.

  We have been staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort for the past four years, and have always stayed in A533. The condo is clean and very well maintained. Each year something new is renovated so its always a pleasure to see what upgrades have been done! The condo is well equipped. There is an excellent view from the balcony. The resort is family oriented and the atmosphere is friendly. There is plenty to do at the resort with the lazy river, many pools, hot tubs, tennis courts etc. I would highly recommend the resort, as well as this particular condo. You won't be disappointed!

  We have been to MB and North Myrtle many times and have never had as fantastic of a time as we did this weekend. We never needed to leave the resort. First, the condo is top notch. The owners have remodeled, everything is fresh and clean, and you can tell that they use the unit themselves. I have seen many bad reviews of the resort itself and was wary about going. But those reviews were from people that rented from the resort itself (or just bad owners). I CAN ATTEST THAT THIS UNIT IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE RESORT: CLEANLINESS, LOCATION, AND PRICE! The other units with comparable prices are not remodeled OR are far away from the beach in the Five Seasons Center. This unit is in the perfect spot in Building A. This is the building with the huge oceanfront pool on one end and the kiddie pool area on the other. Being right between the two made for a 2 minute walk to anywhere with both kids in tow. We simply left our beach gear in our car and grabbed it as we headed to the beach access (right beside the building and the oceanfront pool). Again, a 2 minute walk and even less time to carry chairs and toys and such if you park in a spot between the access and your condo. The balcony is huge and allows plenty of room for you to look at the ocean and feel that fantastic breeze at night. You can hear music from the church service at the campground next door on Sunday morning as you sit out to watch the sun rise over the ocean. OK - now about the resort. I have not seen any pictures that do the kiddie pool area justice. It is a lot bigger than it appears. The lazy river is large. There is an L-shape pool that goes from 3-8 feet. There is a protected, fenced area with a 1 foot pool with buckets and spray towers. And finally, a hottub and one more pool with gradual entry and an umbrella shower for the tiny ones. There are several snack bars throughout the resort and we even found that you can order a pizza from the resort grill straight to your room! It was very good and reasonably priced! I can imagine that MBR would be a little crowded in the summer because of all that it offers families...but, no more so than any other resort in MB. We went in Sept - the beach was barely populated and the weather was perfect. Its a great time for couples without kids, retirees, etc. We loved it because there was no competition for the childrens' attractions. Having such wonderful guests such as you and your family, make our job so much easier. The resort is very family oriented and has so much to offer. Since we live just a few hours away, we are at the condo frequently along with the grandchildren. That is why you will find "boogie boards", beach toys, beach chairs & umbrellas. We want everything to be convenient and easy for our guests and try to keep the unit up to a high standard. We have a very professional maintenance company which does a great job on cleaning and providing linens. They even provide cribs, strollers, and other items for rent if you should need something for the young ones. Thanks again and come back soon!
