A wonderful former model home in a preservations area and close to major shopping malls and restaurants.
Our house is 1769 sqft under air, 2558 sqft total, two car garage, large heated pool, screened in lanai. While you enjoy or relax by the pool on the lounge chair, enjoy the lake view and the beautiful nature and wildlife.
The great room has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings,ceiling fans, tile floor with area rug, for entertainment we have a 32 inch TV and an 36 inch TV, VCR, DVD, I-Pod Station and a Stereo with CD Player. CD's, Videos and DVD provided.
The Master suit features a queen bed, large walk in closet, wood flooring, 32 inch TV, the 2 Guest bedrooms are with carpet, large walk in closets and a shared bath room.
Our kitchen is equipped with all cooking and eating utensil, Breakfast bar with 3 bar stolls, Microwave, Refrigerator with automatic Ice maker, Dishwasher, Stove & Oven.
Lehigh Acres is located east of Ft. Myers and minutes from I-75 making everything what Florida offers easily accessible.
Just 5 minutes from the house; Miniture Golf, Tennis Courts, Parks and much more.
White-Sand Beaches like on Sanibel, Captiva, Loverskey in Estereo by Fort Myers Beach are just a short distance away and some of those are the most romantic beaches.
Daily Boat trips to Key West with the Key West Express from Ft. Myers Beach.

It took us not long to find the perfect Area. We chose Lehigh because it is close to the busy city of Fort Myers, the Beaches and the Airport.
Lehigh has a "country like" atmosphere and it is close to everything and the romantic beaches but far away from all the hustle and traffic and the crowds of the major cities.

We love staying in our home, because everything is near by.
I love the daily fresh bread from the European Bakery, Restaurant and Grocery Stores are just a 5 minute drive away.
We enjoy it every time if we are able to visit to relax in our home, swimming in the pool and watching the wildlife and taking a peaceful walk around the neighborhood.
If you want a relaxing vacation, this is the perfect place for you. Close to everything what SW-Florida has to offer.

I and my husband are from Iceland / Europe, we always had our love for the warm weather in Florida. I work for a Airline and I visit many destinations, but it always drove me back to Florida. Each time we visited the Sunshine State it was harder for me/us to leave, we could'nt get enough of the area, we had to invest in our own vacation home.

Me, my husband and my elderly parents had a wonderful vacation last October. We enjoyed the house so much and the neighbourhood as well. We come from North Europe and the mild climate and the beautiful Florida weather is super. We took a walk evey morning in the nice, quiet surroundings, listening to the birds singing and in the afternoons we lay in the sun, swam in the swiming - pool and had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need, it´s very clean, very well maintaned and in super condition. We enjoyed the house very much, the kitchen is perfect, we enjoy cooking and barbequing outside as well. You can find everything you need in Lehigh Achres, shops and restaurans, and the shores are just 30 min. away.

My family and I had a wonderful great exerience staying at Brook Meadows this early year. The pictures do not do this place justice! The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The service the realty group had for us was beyond the call of duty. Great time, made great memories!

My husband, myself and a friend of ours, enjoyed this home for the month of March, 2010. This home is very comfortable, in a very nice neighborhood and close to the golf courses we enjoy. The home is roomy, very nicely decorated, has very spacious closets, nice kitchen, great lani/pool area and nice neighbors. We enjoyed the wildlife along the waterway with the trees in back for total privacy. Due to a lightening storm, we had a water pump issue. We called Martina Pfuner of the I&E Properties and she was there within 10 minutes. She was very accomodating and had people there to fix it within minutes. Martina was great to work with and was we certainly enjoyed her. We would recommend this property to others and certainly recommend that they work with Martina if this one wasn't what they were looking for. This property is beautiful. It has everything you will need on vacation. We were about a 1/2 hour from Red Sox Spring training and major airports. The neighborhood is off the beaten path so you do not have traffic noise but it is close to food shopping and of course Wal-Mart. The owner is fantastic to deal with and always available for any questions. If you are looking to stay in the Lehigh acres area, this is the spot.
