If we are booked, we have other 2 and 3 bedroom condos at the Summit, and if those are booked, we have other condos in Treasure Island, Regency Towers, Twin Palms, Majestic Beach Resort, Emerald Isle, Hidden Dunes.
This huge, almost 3,000 square feet, 3 Bedroom Unit at the Summit Condominium is ideally located for the entire family.
The large master bedroom suite has West Indies style King size bed and appropriate accessory pieces. With direct access to the 40 foot long balcony, enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and its 27 mile white sand beaches.
Measuring over 400 square feet, the second bedroom has 2 king size beds, walk in closet, TV with DVD/VCR, and adjoining bath. The other large bedroom has 2 queen size beds, TV with DVD/VCR and plenty of drawer and closet space. The extra bathroom may be used by guests, or visitors may use it without going into any of the bedrooms.
The living and dining rooms both face the gulf with expansive windows and sliding glass doors that lure you to the balcony. The dining table and stools at the bar provide plenty of seating for your family dinner prepared in the adjoining fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for the gourmet dinner, just a quick snack, or lunch in the unit. The queen size sleeper sofa gives total sleeping arrangements for 12 people.
The Summit is gated, with 24 hour security. Entrance into the complex from the street is highly controlled with admittance by parking pass only and to re-enter the complex from the beach requires identification by wrist bands checked by private security guards. While there, take advantage of the 2 Olympic sized swimming pools (one heated), kiddie pools, hot tubs, separate men's and women's exercise facilities, new playground, Bar-B-Q grills, picnic area, game room, and lighted tennis courts.
Understanding the need to be connected, the Summit provides 5 Dell computers off the lobby area and also have wireless internet access in your room. Bring your laptop computers.
There are no additional charges for the use of the above facilities, they are included with your rental.
Enjoy a daiquiri at the Tiki Bar right off the beach on the pool deck, fresh shucked oysters or hot cheeseburgers with all the trimmings at the on-site restaurant.
To save you from having to drive, the complex even has a convenience store where you can pick up sunscreens, sundry items, ice, beverages and cold beer. From fresh donuts in the morning to cold hand dipped ice cream in the afternoon, The Summit has been recognized as the foremost family destination.
Para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats are just a few of the things to do while at the beach, or do nothing but listen to the waves and enjoy the rays of the sun.
Long famous for its nightlife with both Club La Vela and Spinnakers within easy walking distance, The Summit is conveniently located on uncrowded Thomas Drive near many fine restaurants, water parks, and amusement parks.
