This is a two level townhome situated on the 2nd hole of Deer Run golf course. Master suite has king bed, double closets, slider to a private balcony, and TV. Master bathroom has tub & shower combo. View from the master is of the golf course.
Guest suite has its own private bathroom with tub and shower. Two double beds with small walk in closet. View-Lake Granada from the slider. Full size washer and dryer located between the two suites.
The kitchen was renovated summer of '07 with new cupboards, countertop, sink and lighting. Off of the main living area is a mini office with desk, cabinet, and two file drawers. Everything you need to keep up with business or pleasure. You supply the computer and printer. Office overlooks the golf course and the two story lanai. The lanai offers a table with seating for four and beautiful sunsets. Half bath located downstairs.
