Good family summer vacation

Two couples and kids fit cozy in this wonderful cabin. Quick walk to lake and food. We did not spend a lot of time in the cabin as we were off doing other things but when we were there, there was entertainment for the kids (DVDs, cable TV), nice place to prepare the evening meal and comfortable sleeping. Memory foam mattress in the master is very comfy. Thanks to the owners for a great place to stay.

Best weekend in Tahoe ever.

I had never been to Lake Tahoe for the summer months before this last trip. I was meeting friends there for a weekend of fun in the sun. It turned out to be not that sunny, but we had such a great time in this quaint cabin and all felt really at home there. The dishware is enough for 8 people to eat at a time! and the stove and oven are in perfect working order. We made many meals there and had everything we needed. There was plenty of condiments left in the fridge and cabinets for our use. The master bed was very comfy and big. The beds in the loft were great. Pull out sofa bed was decent. Computer sound works if you keep pressing the AUX button to Audio In. That's what I figured out when we were trying to watch popular youtube videos. Fold out table in kitchen is large but easy to move to where you want it. Hard wood floors and the paint job is what makes this the place to stay for a truly rustic feel. Love the art on the walls. Towels and sheets were extremely soft and I saw no stains from prior use, very important to me to know they were clean and fresh. Owner allowed us to have a later than normal check out on a Sunday. What a doll! Enjoy if you stay, I know you will! Ciao for now, R

The cabin was great! It is extremely cute with all of the amenities that we needed for our weekend stay. We had 8 adults and 2 children and there was enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. The place is very convenient - very close to the slopes, the grocery store, restaurants...(P.S. It's been a year since we stayed here, but I still remember it clearly and definitely wanted to share with everyone my great experience).

We loved our stay at the cabin for New Year's 2010! What a tastefully decorated place! We had 8 adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The sleeping arrangements all worked out great, and the cabin had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay (including Tylenol!). There are so many great restaurants near the cabin, as well as ski resorts (Diamond Peak was great). Can't wait to return!

We stayed here for a weekend with 5 adults and 3 kids and it was great. The master suite is really lovely, and the kids had a blast in the loft area. I would highly recommend this property for families who love to go skiing in the winter or the beach in the summer!

We spent a great week at this home in summer, it's a great spot for families. Our 1 year old & 5 year old loved this house! The loft area is great for sleeping older kids (our 5 year old used it as private play area) and the master bedroom is a great retreat for the adults. All the amenities are well-stocked and the beach is only a short 10 minute walk away, saving all the hassle of parking. Centrally located in Kings Beach, we would definitely recommend this place. The owners provided restaurant recommendations which were very handy & were all spot-on.
