This tastefully decorated spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa has 1678 square feet of living space. It has a wraparound oceanview balcony that overlooks the lagoon where you can watch the egrets and other sea birds and also overlooks Main Beach Park and the ocean. It has four televisions including a large flat screen in the living room. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower, private door to the balcony and a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for food preparation. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. This unit has an oversized single car garage under the condo building and an additional parking space for guest use. There is a private pool/spa complex for use of guests and owners.

The Ocean Park complex is located 800 feet from the ocean and right next to Ft. Clinch State Park. Main Beach Park is just across the street with lots of activities for the family including a miniature golf course, skate park, restaurant, beach boardwalk and playground. Ft. Clinch Park offers a historic fort which is open to tours, fishing pier, hiking and biking trails, nature walks and public beach area and parking. Historic Fernanadina with shopping, restaurants and historic homes is just a 5-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk from Ocean Park. There is a variety of other activities in close proximity to Ocean Park, including golf courses, tennis, basketball courts, churches, museum, theaters, shopping, etc. for your enjoyment. The nearby beach offers a variety of activities, including swimming in the ocean, surf fishing, sand-castle-building, horseback riding on the beach and searching for shark's teeth. This condo is just a short drive to downtown Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Landing and the Jaguars football stadium.


Jacksonville International Airport is located about 30 minutes from Ocean Park. From Jacksonville International Airport, take I-95 S to exit 373 (Amelia Island), bear right onto A1A which takes you to Amelia Island. Cross the bridge onto the island and turn right at the second light onto Sadler Road. Continue on Sadler Road to the beach. Bear right at the roundabout and proceed south on S. Fletcher Avenue. Check-in will be at the ERA Fernandina Beach Realty office on the right just South of the Sadler Road roundabout.
