We are currently staying in the studio as I write this review. It is clean, the facilities are as described. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is very good and the air conditioner works well. The location is perfect. In a quiet street but very close to the Trevi Fountain and the lively Trevi tourist district. Hassan met us promptly when we called and he was very helpful in pointing out the locations of the various points of interest, supermarket locations (close) and Metro stations etc. For a couple interested in cheap no frills accomodation, this studio is highly recommended.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

This ground-floor studio was not available when we arrived for some reason. Marco put us in a 2-bedroom apartment for the same price (85 Euro/nt + 30 Euro cleaning fee). 2nd floor - some climbing with baggage, but not bad. Considering the location so near Trevi, not far from the Metro, and on a very quiet side street, this was a fantastic value. The place was definitely not 5-star and there was mildew in the bathroom, but if you can get passed that, the place was relatively clean, and had a full kitchen with basic stuff already there (salt pepper, olive oil,...).
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
