Come enjoy our quiet home away from home located just off the 16th green at Seascape Resort, a gated beach, golf and tennis resort on Miramar Beach, just east of Destin (1.5 miles west of Sandestin). Our spacious, light-filled (and smoke-free) unit is one of only four in the building and is situated on the second floor. Redecorated in the fall of 2007, it is newly painted and has plantation shutters, wood floors, crown molding, and updated linens, lighting, fixtures and accessories. New furniture throughout and an abundant supply of books to satisfy a variety of interests invite rest and relaxation for all seasons. For those who want to stay in touch, the unit comes with high-speed wireless internet access.
The living room features a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, sleeper sofa and loveseat, and overlooks the park-like setting of the golf course, its fairways edged with magnolias, palms, and flowering shrubs. And ours is one of only a few units with a large picture window in the living room. For your entertainment there is a 27-inch color television with cable and DVD/VCR player, along with an IPOD-compatible, CD-player stereo. Double sliding glass doors from the living and dining rooms open onto a spacious porch shaded by pines and evergreens, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in one of the teak rocking chairs, a cool drink on the porch swing, or alfresco dining at the café table.
The kitchen features solid-surface countertops, a full-size refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, all-electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and blender. It is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, barware, utensils, and cookware. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, large chest of drawers, night tables, color TV with cable, and extra wicker seating. The private bath is accompanied by three large closets. The second bedroom features a double bed, chest of drawers, night-tables, large closet, and full bathroom across the hall. The bedrooms have berber carpet; the bathrooms are tiled. All-new bed and bath linens are provided. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available on the first floor of the building.
The emerald waters and sugar white sands of Miramar Beach are just a short walk through the resort. Seascape has private beach access with chair and umbrella rentals available; private parking is available for guests who prefer to drive. Our condo is also within easy walking distance of five on-property swimming pools and the Seascape Tennis Club, where you can enjoy both hard and soft-surface tennis courts. Stroll the quiet streets and serene grounds of the resort on foot or by bike using the two bikes provided. And don’t forget your golf clubs – Seascape is a golfer’s delight, with an on-site 18-hole course and numerous championship courses just minutes away.
Nearby attractions include shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, shopping and dining at Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, deep-sea fishing, water parks, miniature golf and a great variety of dining options. The neighboring beachside communities of Grayton Beach, Seaside and Blue Mountain Beach are just a short drive away.

It's quiet! Being on a golf course is great. Pools are plentiful. There is plenty of space within the resort for jogging, walks or bike rides. It's not a high-rise.

Awesome place!!! The condo was really nice and the decoration just beautiful. The location couldn't have been better, too. Between some trees, quiet and not far away from the Gulf and the pools. The blue/green water of the Gulf was amazing. Thanks for letting us use the beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. We really enjoyed it. This won't be our last trip to Destin.

What a wonderful place. The accommodations are first class, the golf course is super, and the beaches are beautiful. Your library was a bonus, and we thoroughly enjoyed rereading old fvourites and discovering some that we had missed. We will certainly recommend this condo and hope to return someday.
