We're not super-luxury, but we're not slumming it either. Our house has a brand new beautiful bathroom with custom tile and glass-walled shower. Our kitchen is new with stainless steel appliances and custom stone countertops. We have all the amenities for your entertainment: cable, DVD, Nintendo Wii, etc. We’ve got a great enclosed patio for chillin’, and a grill for grillin’.
Our house is the bottom floor of a duplex located right on fantastic Abbot Kinney Blvd, world-renowned for great shopping and dining. We are centrally located from the beach, the boardwalk, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica and just a short drive to Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown, etc.
Venice the best neighborhood in LA. Hollywood is fun but filthy, Santa Monica is overrated. Our house is a great home base. From your bicycle you have access to one of the most laid-back beach towns in the world. Venice rules. |
