  We were so happy to have found this. I have already recommended Val's condo to a few people. It was just as he stated. Clean, updated and the location was perfect. Next trip to Miami we will stay here without hesitation.

  We had a lovely time at this studio. No hitches with anything. Val met us at the agreed time. We followed his instructions the next day to walk up to 69th St to a brand new Publix and bought all we needed to self cater in the well equipped kitchen. We especially liked the freedom of chilling round the extremely clean pool without the hassle of pool attendants. The pool was large, perfect for swimming lengths. We caught the bus to South Beach very easily at only 2 dollars. Val returned our deposit very quickly. It was very quiet at night perfect for a good nights sleep as we are now finishing our trip staying in South Beach and we are having broken nights with traffic and partying noise. We would stay again at Vals for peace and quiet in his lovely studio.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  i had a really nice stay here. Just à minutes from South Beach, vert good location. Studio very clean with everything i needed. Direct access to the beach, quite. Val is very nice. He returned my deposit within 24h! I'd come again for sure! I've already recommand it!

  This appartment was everything we needed!! Just enough space for three young women(with lots of stuff). The appartment was clean and had everything including extra towels!!The appartment was near a busstop to take us to lincoln road. from lincoln road it was a walking distance to south beach and all the happenings. In the evening when we went out we traveled by taxi which was about 10-15 dollars(including tips) to take us to the south beach area. This appartment was very nice!! next time we will stay here again!! Val also received us very nice and gave us some info about the area. After we left he gave us our deposit back within a day!! See you next time!!

  We had a nice stay here. Right on the beach. Access to a nice pool. Val was very nice and gave us all the information we needed. Refunded our deposit very promptly. Would definately stay again!

  Val was wonderful to rent from. He brought us the keys and showed us the room and highlighted which places we should check out in the area. The room was comfortable and had many extras to like beach chairs and cooler. I would highly recommend this room and Val to anyone.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  En el mes de mayo 2011 pasamos 1 mes completo en este apartamento. Excelente opción para largas estadías con todo lo necesario por ser muy confortable y completo. Gracias Val por el pronto reintegro del depósito !

  This perfect condo made our vacation most memorable! Ocean in is right in front of room, best located studio even inside the complex! boardwalk to Miami beach, bus access is so near, free car parking, a very neat functional house. It was very ideal for my husband and I. as soon as we saw the house our travel tiredness was gone. Val was very helpful in showing and explaining the things inside house, he had given us all required things! and also he patiently explained things to do around Miami. a very nice guy. very prompt. I strongly recommend this place. i will certainly stay here whenever i go to Miami

  Con la excelente predisposicion de VAL estuve con mi familia en este Apartamento. Comodo, limpio y todo funciona. Desde el Valet Parking hasta los elementos para la playa hacen de este lugar una MUY BUENA opcion para lo que quieran ir a la PLAYA de Miami. Rente el apartamento 5 meses antes y VAL cumplio con todo lo que me dijo y prometio. Gracias VAL por tu intervencion.

  Nach Buchung sofortige Kontaktaufnahme durch den Besitzer Val. Toller Kontakt schon vor der Anreise. Das Studio ist groß und liegt in einem Gebäude mit 9 Stockwerken und das Gebäude selbst liegt zwischen zwei geschätzt 50 Stockwerkhochhäusern! Nach dem Empfang durch Val im Gebäude führte er uns durch das Hotel und zeigte uns die wichtigsten Sachen. Er beantwortete uns alle Fragen die wir zu Miami hatten und bat uns auch an, dass wir Ihn immer anrufen können wenn irgendwas sein sollte. Das Studio war groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und ich denke, dass man auch noch 2 Kinder mit unterbringen kann (dann könnte es eng werden). Der Blick aus dem Studio ist echt klasse, ich sag nur direkte Meersicht. Die Küche im Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Strand (welchen wir bewaffnet mit Strandstühlen und Handtüchern aus dem Studio) in Angriff nahmen ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Um diesen zu erreichen muss man über einen Steg gehen. Das Parken war kein Problem, da in dem Mietpreis bei uns das Parken inkludiert war. Man musste nur den Wagen abstellen und dieser wurde dann in der Tiefgarage geparkt. Wenn man das Auto wieder wollte, brauchten die Mitarbeiter max. 5 Minuten um es wieder zu bringen. Um nach Miami-Beach/South Beach zu kommen ist eine Bushaltestelle gerade einmal 50 Meter entfernt und die Busse fahren sehr regelmäßig. Ein Publix befindet sich ca. 200 Meter entfernt und ein 7-eleven-Store eröffnet wohl in Kürze direkt gegenüber dem Gebäude. Ebenso findet man in nächster Umgebung sehr viele Restaurants (sehr zu empfehlen ist das Little Brazil) und Geschäfte. Zum Schluss möchte ich mich noch bei Val bedanken, der uns einen tollen Aufenthalt beschert hat und die Kaution schon am Tag nach unserer Abreise zurücküberwiesen hat.
