    We had a lovely time at this studio. No hitches with anything. Val met us at the agreed time. We followed his instructions the next day to walk up to 69th St to a brand new Publix and bought all we needed to self cater in the well equipped kitchen. We especially liked the freedom of chilling round the extremely clean pool without the hassle of pool attendants. The pool was large, perfect for swimming lengths. We caught the bus to South Beach very easily at only 2 dollars. Val returned our deposit very quickly. It was very quiet at night perfect for a good nights sleep as we are now finishing our trip staying in South Beach and we are having broken nights with traffic and partying noise. We would stay again at Vals for peace and quiet in his lovely studio.

    i had a really nice stay here. Just à minutes from South Beach, vert good location. Studio very clean with everything i needed. Direct access to the beach, quite. Val is very nice. He returned my deposit within 24h! I'd come again for sure! I've already recommand it!

    This appartment was everything we needed!! Just enough space for three young women(with lots of stuff). The appartment was clean and had everything including extra towels!!The appartment was near a busstop to take us to lincoln road. from lincoln road it was a walking distance to south beach and all the happenings. In the evening when we went out we traveled by taxi which was about 10-15 dollars(including tips) to take us to the south beach area. This appartment was very nice!! next time we will stay here again!! Val also received us very nice and gave us some info about the area. After we left he gave us our deposit back within a day!! See you next time!!

    We had a nice stay here. Right on the beach. Access to a nice pool. Val was very nice and gave us all the information we needed. Refunded our deposit very promptly. Would definately stay again!

    SUPER LIMPIO , hermoso decorado ,TODO FUNCIONABA A LA PERFECCION . VAL : amable , calido y sincero ; no solo nos oriento el mismo dia de llegada sino que nos aconsejo y eso que demoramos en llegar ... alrededor de las 23.... el departamento: re bien ubicado , super limpio , daba pena ensuciar ... la cama comfortable al maximo , la vista mejor imposible , todo nuevo , mejor que estar en mi casa , seguro regresare este año !     Val was wonderful to rent from. He brought us the keys and showed us the room and highlighted which places we should check out in the area. The room was comfortable and had many extras to like beach chairs and cooler. I would highly recommend this room and Val to anyone.

    This perfect condo made our vacation most memorable! Ocean in is right in front of room, best located studio even inside the complex! boardwalk to Miami beach, bus access is so near, free car parking, a very neat functional house. It was very ideal for my husband and I. as soon as we saw the house our travel tiredness was gone. Val was very helpful in showing and explaining the things inside house, he had given us all required things! and also he patiently explained things to do around Miami. a very nice guy. very prompt. I strongly recommend this place. i will certainly stay here whenever i go to Miami

    Con la excelente predisposicion de VAL estuve con mi familia en este Apartamento. Comodo, limpio y todo funciona. Desde el Valet Parking hasta los elementos para la playa hacen de este lugar una MUY BUENA opcion para lo que quieran ir a la PLAYA de Miami. Rente el apartamento 5 meses antes y VAL cumplio con todo lo que me dijo y prometio. Gracias VAL por tu intervencion.

    Nach Buchung sofortige Kontaktaufnahme durch den Besitzer Val. Toller Kontakt schon vor der Anreise. Das Studio ist groß und liegt in einem Gebäude mit 9 Stockwerken und das Gebäude selbst liegt zwischen zwei geschätzt 50 Stockwerkhochhäusern! Nach dem Empfang durch Val im Gebäude führte er uns durch das Hotel und zeigte uns die wichtigsten Sachen. Er beantwortete uns alle Fragen die wir zu Miami hatten und bat uns auch an, dass wir Ihn immer anrufen können wenn irgendwas sein sollte. Das Studio war groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und ich denke, dass man auch noch 2 Kinder mit unterbringen kann (dann könnte es eng werden). Der Blick aus dem Studio ist echt klasse, ich sag nur direkte Meersicht. Die Küche im Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Strand (welchen wir bewaffnet mit Strandstühlen und Handtüchern aus dem Studio) in Angriff nahmen ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Um diesen zu erreichen muss man über einen Steg gehen. Das Parken war kein Problem, da in dem Mietpreis bei uns das Parken inkludiert war. Man musste nur den Wagen abstellen und dieser wurde dann in der Tiefgarage geparkt. Wenn man das Auto wieder wollte, brauchten die Mitarbeiter max. 5 Minuten um es wieder zu bringen. Um nach Miami-Beach/South Beach zu kommen ist eine Bushaltestelle gerade einmal 50 Meter entfernt und die Busse fahren sehr regelmäßig. Ein Publix befindet sich ca. 200 Meter entfernt und ein 7-eleven-Store eröffnet wohl in Kürze direkt gegenüber dem Gebäude. Ebenso findet man in nächster Umgebung sehr viele Restaurants (sehr zu empfehlen ist das Little Brazil) und Geschäfte. Zum Schluss möchte ich mich noch bei Val bedanken, der uns einen tollen Aufenthalt beschert hat und die Kaution schon am Tag nach unserer Abreise zurücküberwiesen hat.

    condo was very good everything tou needed was there. lovely views of the ocean and swimming pool,and pool was cleaned every day. If you have a car the unit comes with free parking which is a big plus. Good bus service if you wont to go to downtown miami we would use the condo again and would like to thank Val for a promt return of our deposit money. we met Val on the day of our arrival for the keys he told us to get in touch if we had any problems never had to phone everything went ok. thankyou for rented us your condo we had a great time jo and dave

    The both condos of Val were so great!!! The view over the ocean was excellent and amazing. Everything was clean, the hotel staff was nice, the pool was big and the access to the beach is very near! Val was so helpful and nice and we can recommend his condos. Valet parking was so easy and you also can go to the supermarket or to a bagel shop just in a few walking minutes. A car would be better in Miami Beach but there are also bus lines in the next area. We can really recommend Val's condos. Thank you so much for this nice stay!!!

    I rent this condo with two of my friends on last week of April. Everything was perfect !!! The condo was super clean, well maintained and walking distance to supermarket. We had easily access to south beach and to different nightclubs. It is also close from Miami airport (about 15 min). It was a pleasure to do business with Val. He was always available, responded quickly to my e-mails. Refund was also done quickly without any problem. It is obvious that I will rent one of Val's condo next time I will be in Miami.

    Wir waren im April 2010 zwei Wochen in diesem top ausgestatteten Studio. Val hat in diesem Gebäude 2 Studios (Zimmer 404 mit Balkon im 4. Stock und dann noch ein Studio im 7. Stock ohne Balkon). Das Zimmer ist ideal ausgestattet um einen klasse Strandurlaub zu haben. Wenn man will kann man in der voll ausgestatteten Küche (alles vorhanden!) seine Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten und so eine Menge Geld sparen. Der große Pool des Hauses ist beheizt und super für Familien, da ein Teil flach ist und der andere tief. Er ist bis 23 Uhr geöffnet und weil er schön warm ist kann man es sehr lange aushalten. Zur Buchung kann man nur sagen: TOP!!! Val hat bereits vor der Buchung sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und alles super erklärt. Bereits 2 Tage nach unserer Rückkehr nach Deutschland hat mir Val die Kaution in voller Höhe via Paypal zurück erstattet. ==> Wenn mich in Zukunft Freunde nach einer schönen + günstigen Schlafmöglichkeit fragen, dann werde ich dieses Studio sofort empfehlen. Jetzt fangen wir (Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern) an für unseren nächsten Traumurlaub bei Val zu sparen. Herzlichen Dank für alles, Thomas mit Familie

    This is a great find. We enjoyed the month of Feb. 2010 in this charming, clean and efficient studio. Great location - steps to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, groceries, etc. Our experience was entirely positive. So much so that we are renting it again next year. Smart choice.

    J'ai occupé 2 semaines le studio du 4è étage (le même que celui présenté ci-dessus). La vue est moins dégagée mais superbe, et en plus il y a un balcon. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et rien ne manque. Le Casablanca est très bien situé: bus et commerces à proximité. Vous pouvez très bien vous passer de voiture, sauf si vous voulez excursionner en dehors de Miami. Belle piscine, soleil ou ombre selon votre choix et plage accessible directement. Endroit calme. C'était mon 2è séjour au Casablanca et je reviendrai dans l'appartement de Val. En plus, le prix est très raisonnable.

    In very simple words, the stay was extremely comfortable with no complains at all. The house was equipped with all the essential requirements and the view from the 7th floor added an extra bonus tag to the welcome stay. Val was extremely helpful, co-operative and jovial. Situated right in the heart of north beach. I would rather encourage people to stay at Condor for its homely and warm feeling.     Der Condo lässt in keinetsre Weise Wünsche offen. Top ausgestattet, ruhige Lage und dennoch gut erreichbare Attraktionen. Genau das Richtige, um richtig auszuspannen und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ozean zu geniessen. Der tolle Sandtrand lieght dirket vor der ANlage und ist nicht überlaufen. Val hat die Buchung absolut zuverlässig abgewickelt und uns freundlich zur Seite gestanden.

    Nous avons demeuré au condo de Val pendant une semaine. Celui-ci est très bien entretenu, propre, et il contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin!! À 10-15 minutes de voiture de south beach, épicerie a proximité ! Le condo est très bien comparativement aux autres chambres loués dans ce complexe... un must pour le prix.

    Very nice rental property. Very nice location directly on beach. Beach was uncrowded and felt almost private. The studio is in a nice complex and was well maintained. The host was helpful and easy to deal with in all aspects of stay. Highly recommend.

    This was a great getaway and Val was the perfect host. The view was INCREDIBLE and what a beautiful way to wake up and end the evening. Couldn't have asked for anything better! Would highly recommend and I hope to be back.

    We stayed in this condo for 5 nights in mid-march and we were really satisfied. It held what the pictures and the description promised. Val is such a nice guy and very very helpful and uncomplicated! Everything went really good. The apartment as such was wonderful, the equipment great!! The hotel was a little loud, but it was still ok. The pool was heated and we liked it very much. Also the beach in front of the building was great: Not too crowded and very nice. You have to try it!!!

    My friend and I loved our stay at this rental. It was spotlessly clean and well equiped. Best of all, it included FREE 24 hour valet parking. I like the neighborhood, because you have easy access to a Publix and a Walgreens, and the beaches are clean and quiet. It is also centrally located between South Beach (which I find too noisy and touristy), and North Beach.Our Host, Val, was VERY friendly and fun and gave us lots of advice. I would highly recommend any one of his rentals!

    We spend 1 week marvellous, we enjoyed of the beach, the view is awesome from the studio, everything is very clean, the mattress is confortable, just bring your personal things, I was surprise , there is coffee, sal, pepper, toilet paper, the owner took care of us.     I'm a Miami native and have many choices when I visit. There is no other choice but this for us. Not only is it an increadible location, the owner Val is a gracious host and consistently goes "above and beyond" for his guests. His attention, integrity, and concern are unrivaled.     Our stay at this condo over the holidays was everything we hoped it would be. Val, the property owner provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Miami Beach. The place was very clean, neat and updated and very affordable and great for the value. The beach view was wonderful and the pool was clean and low key. We were happy we could easily walk to some of the local restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars etc and South Beach was very accessible by a short cab ride or bus . Our whole experience was fantastic and I have already recommended this property to family and friends.

    I just get back from Miami Beach. It was best time! The condo was perfect! The beach was very close and it was very nice pool outside. I love that ocean view from the room. I recommend this place to everyone who want to have a good time in Miami Beach!!!

    Es waren wunderschöne Tage in Miami Beach. Val ist super und auch mit dem Parkplatz für den Mietwagen gab es kein Problem. Die Parkgebühren bezahlt er!!! Das Appartment ist genauso spitze, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht und die Kaution haben wir auch sofort verrechnet bekommen. Also keine Gedanken wegen der Kaution machen, dass klappt alles bestens. Im Appartment ist alles vorhanden!!!! Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschiene. Val ist echt freundlich und hat uns gleich Ratschläge für unsere Urlaubsgestaltung und lohnende Ziele gegeben. Wir waren ja schon in vielen Appartments, aber dieses war eindeutig das Beste.

    Un studio comodo, calido y muy bien equipado, zona tranquila muy cerca de supermercado importante, gran piscina y lo mejor, salida directa al mar!, lo recomiendo.

    Pool was amazing, very clean and the temperature was always perfect; soft music playing around the pool was very relaxing. Beach is great too, quiet and not crowded. Quiet atmosphere all around and Val was great. Very nicely appointed studio, contemporary with super nice kitchen and bath. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was nice, valet parking a real bonus! Had a fantastic time, would definitely go back here.

    We rented this condo on July 7th - July 11th 2008. This condo was very clean and was close to shopping, restaurants and etc.. everything is right there in walking distance. The best part that I like was the beach was only a few feet away. The area is beautiful and it isn't a tourist like you get down there near lincoln road, you are with the locals where you really get a feel of Miami and the people. If you want a vacation where you can feel at home and have all the luxuries of a hotel then this is the place. Val is awesome and great person. He is always there when you need him.. I'll definitely rent from him again...

    Exellent apartment to share with your partner, clean and updated with all what you need, beautifull view don´t hesitate to rent.

    We spent two weeks in May (from May 12 to May 26) in this little paradise usually called condo : Everything is clean, decorated with a very good taste, evrything you need is available : PERFECT. About the owner : He is so nice, and very friendly !! When you need something, you call him and he solves the problem in two seconds !! Thank you for everything Val, I hope I'll come back in Miami soon, and then, be sure I'll call you to rent your condo again. Yannick

    My mother and I just returned from a week in Miami Beach. The condo was excellent with everything needed to make a stay comfortablel The condo is both lovely, clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was great. Having valet parking is a true bonus in a city where parking is premium. Will stay again at the first opportunity! Will send friends also.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

    We were so happy to have found this. I have already recommended Val's condo to a few people. It was just as he stated. Clean, updated and the location was perfect. Next trip to Miami we will stay here without hesitation.

    What a great unit!! Though the hotel hallways are in need of renovation Val did a great job with the remodel of his unit. The beach is a stone's throw away, we never used the pool but it looked clean and inviting. The building is easy to find and area attractions are easy to get to. We highly recommend this condo; a GREAT vacation value."
