The Winter - skiing and riding:
Looking for the ultimate ski getaway? Stop looking - you just found it. Your chalet is located between Vail and Beavercreek - both are ranked in Ski magazines top 10 mountains in North America, and both are a minutes drive from your doorstep.
If you don’t feel like driving you can take the Vail/Beavercreek shuttle just down the road. For the more adventurous, you can ski or ride back to the chalet through the trees - we provide the “locals map” for you to do so. Available only to our guests, this map gives our recommended locations for the best groomers, moguls, and powder stashes at Vail and Beavercreek to give you the edge on perfecting your mountain ski or ride adventure.
The chalet - the finest in modern mountain living:
Your chalet is a completely remodeled (2007) unit with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths – sleeps for 4-6 comfortably. The beds are top of the line mattresses with soft duvet covers and a range of soft to firm pillows ensuring you get the best night rest for your tired bodies. We even have a crib available if you have a “skier in training”.
There is a gourmet kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and marble counter-tops. There’s also a breakfast bar with leather high-backs where you can sip your morning coffee. The living room has vaulted ceilings with matching leather armchairs and couch, and a wood burning fire place. We also have a brand new big screen LCD HD TV with Direct TV’s Sunday ticket if you want to take in any of the NFL games. From the dining room, you have two sets of sliding glass doors that take you out to the porch with ski slopes view.
Outside on your porch you have a new Weber grill and a full patio dining set with table, chairs, and lounger. Perfect for après ski drinks and cooking up some local steaks. You can even bring your laptop if you’d like - we have free wireless internet. You are also minutes from dozens of great restaurants - of course we provide you with a full list of recommendations.
The summer - accessible outdoor paradise:
Golfing (your chalet’s right off the first hole), swimming pool, children’s park, and tennis courts are 3 minute walk. Hiking and mountain biking is available from your doorstep and throughout the Vail valley. Lots of sun. Private setting. Two decks (one off the master) with outdoor patio dining, loungers, and a new Weber grill make this a perfect place for weekend getaways and extended stays.
The fine print – great discounts available:
10% discount for 2 people or less. 10% discount for 7 night stays or longer. 15% discount for 14 night stays or longer. Non-smoking. 9.8% taxes only apply to stays 14 nights or less. 50% Security deposit required - full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee $135 per visit waived with stays 7 nights or more.

We stayed 12 nights at this lovely Vail / Eagle townhouse. It was far more than the photo's posted show, we were very comfortable, gourmet gas kitchen and everything we needed, it was stocked like my own home . Super clean, comfy beds, and the views off the deck on the golf course are gorgeous and the stars at night were fantastic. The owners were attentive, with immediate responses to any questions we had. We have already booked for next year, if that helps anyone reading this to consider this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just had a fabulous vacation at this Townhome. It was an easy access to both Beavercreek and Vail resorts~ which had more ski areas than a day could hold. It was an easy access to Sports Authority, Wal-Mart and another grocery store. The home was very nicely decorated and the Kitchen was a dream kitchen. It lacked for nothing we needed for our stay! I cook 3 meals a day for my skiers so this kitchen was top rated for me. The cabinets are stocked with spices and staples for our use. The views of the moutains beyond the golf course were breath taking! The owners are very kind and quick with responses to questions asked. When we come back here and will certainly stay in this townhome. Thanks Karen & Scott for sharing your home with us and allowing us to make family memories that will last a lifetime. Great home! Nicely decorated and everything in kitchen seemed brand new and worked very well. The 2.5 bathrooms was extremely helpful in getting everyone out quickly. Owners made access to home very easy, since we arrived very late on the check-in day. I would definitely recommend this house for Beaver Creek and Vail. About the owner: We are Scott and Karen Cattran - we live in Denver. We travel to the mountains as often as humunaly possible. We love our Vail townhome! We looked at over 50 places the summer of 2008 before deciding on this place. It's pefect - right between our two favorite mountains, and a modern townhome with a roaring fireplace, gourment kicthen, cherrywood hardwood floors, leather couches, awesome showers, and truly comfy beds. Winter time I like to shuttle out and ski home through the trees, and summert time, I just walk out of the master bedroom and walk to the driving range and first hole. Its a rough life!
