This penthouse unit is located steps from the ocean and is centrally located with easy access to some of the town’s finest restaurants and shops. Surfing lessons are available across the street and tours can easily be arranged at the commercial center within the complex.
For your comfort, the condominium includes three bedroom and two baths. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the other a queen size bed. The master suite includes a full ocean view with access to the balcony and a private bathroom. The other bedrooms share access to an additional balcony which looks over the mountains. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player.
The unit has been decorated professionally and is fully-equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast island, all appliances and fine quality furniture. The unit has internet access and a safe for your laptop and other personal belongings.
The complex is gated and has 24 hour security. The comfortable, over-sized pool includes an attached shallow section, which is perfect for young children, as well as a refreshing waterfall. A private parking space is also provided.

The condo is owned by two families in Ohio. Both families have teenagers. The condo is a great vacation for friends and family. There are things to do for people of all age groups.
Why the Owner Chose Tamarindo
Together, our families searched for a perfect vacation unit on the beach. We picked Tamarindo because of its perfect weather throughtout the year. Also, the location of the unit is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. With the beach across the street, it is the perfect location! Not to mention, the view is spectacular. If you look out straight, you see the ocean, to the left is a marina, and to the right is a view of the mountains. No car is required.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Unique benefits include access to various side trips, including sailing, fishing, zip lines, four-wheeling, and other activities. The site is managed, on a day to day basis, by an excellent property manager. The property manager is available for transportation to and from the airport, arranging side tours, and answering questions while on site.
