  My husband and I just returned from staying 1 week in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect and the condo was as pictured. The owner gave me great advice for my first visit to Costa Rica. I would highly recommend this condo and location to have a great Tamarindo, Costa Rica vacation.

  We really enjoyed the condo. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds, very spacious, super clean. The sunsets from the balcony were wonderful. We can't say enough wonderful comments about the condo. We had to call maintenance for a toilet leak and they were at the condo in 8 minutes-extremely courteous and helpful. The pool is very nice and a great way to cool off after a day at the beach. The only down side to our visit was that we were surprised at the drug activity on the beach--we saw 2 open sales of drugs, someone openly smoking pot and my son was asked if he needed to purchase anything by 4 people on his way to the beach. The restaurants in the area are phenomenal. Pricey, but the food was very good. They add a 23% tax to every meal and that doesn't include gratuity. The service is slow, but that's just their pace of life. We used Get Lost in Costa Rica for our tours. Don is wonderful and so helpful. He is alot of fun and you feel very safe with him. He arranged a fishing trip for us and a trip to Buena Vista for zip lining, etc. Our boys also golfed at the JW Marriot and it was beautiful.

The problem seems to come and go, as in many tourist towns. I personally despise drugs. But, we purchased the condo for its great location and beautiful sunsets.   used the condo during spring break. What a great place,it's quite, beautiful, and roomy. Close to everything you need. Walking distance to stores, food, ocean and had a very nice pool. Everyone was so helpful and nice. So many things to see and do. Will be back.

  This place is amazing! I visited with 6 friends during spring break in April of 2011. Despite our large group, the condo had plenty of space. My favorite part is the main balcony. We would sit and have our morning coffee each day while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean, which is conveniently located right across the street. The town of Tamarindo is wonderful. Everyone is SO friendly and helpful. I also loved that the location of the condo was right near the town. There are numerous restaurants, shops, and activities, all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this condo. I hope to make my second trip there soon!

  This Penthouse condo is the best location in Tamarindo. Not only is the condo beautifully decorated and well appointed, the view can't get any better. I plan to return as soon as possible for another wonderful family vacation.

  Spent a week in beautiful Tamarindo at this spacious and immaculately kept condo! Along with my fellow travel companions, we spent every morning on the balcony with coffee watching the amazing sunrise, listening to the ocean, the birds and even the cute monkeys! We spent our days with fabulous shopping, exciting excursions, walking the picturesque beach, enjoying the delicious restaurants and lounging by the pool with fresh, tasty smoothies from the smoothies shop just around the corner. Can't wait to book a return trip!

  I spent a week in this condo with friends. The view can't be beat! The balcony faces the ocean. You can watch the sunset while listening to the birds and howler monkeys in the trees below. The condo is spatious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped. We enjoyed the pool and were literally steps away from the ocean. The condos are conveniently located near all of the shops and restaurants so we never needed a car. Make sure to check out the juice bar next door for fresh fruit smoothies. I plan to return to Tamarindo with my family and we will stay in this condo again!

  We had a very enjoyable stay at The Sunrise, very close to the beach, (just cross the street), and also extremely close to two supermarkets for all last minute supplies ice cream milk, wine etc..... The condo was clean, nicely decorated and with balconies off LR and guest br. The main balcony has beautiful sunset views. We had a family of 5 with 3 young kids...all loved the place.. the pool, the beach, and their rooms. The condo also comes with a nice selection of dvd's and video cassettes. The complex also felt very safe and the mgmt. and staff were all very accommodating.

  Our family visited in April and had a wonderful experience! The condo was spacious, very clean, well appointed, and close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Front office staff was very helpful and spoke english well. We loved the howling monkeys in the trees nearby as well as watching sunsets on the balcony. Can't wait to plan a return!
