Thanks for taking a look at our little beach house. We really enjoy it and think you will also. It is very close to all you need in a beach vacation plus we have bikes to get you there. Seaside is one mile away.
Our house is a 1500 square foot two story. Each floor has a bedroom with queen bed, built in bunk beds and a bath. In addition, upstairs has the kitchen, a sitting area and a covered deck while downstairs has a play area for the kids (w/futon) and a porch. Both living areas have TVs. Also there's an outdoor shower that makes rinsing off after a day at the beach easy!
We are 1200 feet from the beach on a dead end road. No traffic! There is direct beach access as the public right-of-way is at the end of the road. On our corner is great pizza place, movie rental store, bike rentals and a convenience store within walking distance. Everything you need is accessible!
GOOGLE: 107 Campbell Street, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The house backs up to the round cul-de-sac, about 600 feet from the main road on the left. 1200 total walking feet to the beach, cross the street and straight down the public beach access.

Two families purchased this house. We are lifelong friends and have come to the Gulf for many years. We actually like it in the winter when there are fewer people and the weather is still hot.
Why the Owner Chose Seagrove Beach East
We have always liked the Gulf's white sand and laid back feeling without being right in the heart of Panama City or Destin. We are older so this appealed to us, close so you can get there but far enough away so that when you bring your own party, you do not feel obligated to go anywhere.

My two college-age daughters, their boyfriends, and I spent a wonderful week at the beach, making this wonderful house our headquarters. It is exactly as pictured, very clean, very homey and comfortable. Perfect for two families as the downstairs has everything except a kitchen and can be closed off from the upstairs. It was an easy walk everywhere we wanted to go, but there were 4 bikes on the property that were put to good use. The walk to the beach was a very easy one as well. Would definitely recommend this for families and small groups who want a comfortable, cozy, clean place to stay.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This was a wonderful little slice of heaven for our family! We really appreciate this family sharing such a wonderful place with others. The beach access was an easy walk for our 3 year old and the house was so fun! All of the amenities needed to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean. We will be back year after year now!

We had such a lovely time here. The house proved to be quite comfortable for my children, we enjoyed being close, but not "on" the beach. Such a great place to stay - we will definitely be back.

Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is very clean and spacious, and the kids loved the built in bunk-beds and the outdoor shower. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a mile to Seaside, for dinner and shopping. The sand and ocean are beautiful! We'll definitely be back!
