This new, roomy and comfortable luxury home is super clean, newly refurnished and located in the upscale Ponderosa Trails. This home is located only two miles from many restaurants, grocery store, and movie theatres, and has a private hut tub overlooking the unbridled views of the San Francisco Peaks and the Elden Hills. These are the best views in all of Flagstaff! You know you are in the mountains in this home as you view the mountain range inside and outside the house. You can sit outside on the master bedroom balcony and sip coffee relaxing mesmerized by the mountain views.

This house is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with tall pines and is right down the street from a swing set play area and soccer field which is great for running and frisbee recreation. There is great trail system in the neighborhood for great running and biking. The property is also near Lake Mary, which offers good fishing and boating activities as well as two miles from miles of mountain biking trails. The location cannot be beat.

Located near NUA, restaurants, shopping, hiking, site seeing, wildlife viewing, and Lake Mary, this property location is key to the many area attractions as well as Sedona, the San Francisco Peaks and Snow bowl, the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, the Painted Desert, Indian Ruins, Sunset Crater and so much more.

In addition to its own hot tub Jacuzzi this home has a nice stainless steel BBQ grill, two gas fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi, DVD player, a 52 inch TV with Cable, surround sound, and home office . The living room has two leather couches that both have four seats that recline.

This newly refurbished, spacious, two level home can sleep a maximum of nine people comfortably, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

The first floor has the kitchen, dining area (sitting for six and three bar stools), living room, bathroom, laundry room, home office and bedroom with queen bed. The second floor has the other master bedroom with gas fireplace and private bathroom, bedroom with bunk bed and twin bed, bedroom with walk-in closet and queen bed, and bathroom. The home has central air-conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, new pans, new plates, utensils, and more, and a breakfast bar with stools.

There is a large mud-room at the garage entry door to store skis, boots, and other equipment. There is also a washer and dryer available.

There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this home.
