MAY-SEPT: Month=$1,800  Bi-weekly=$1,200 Weekly=$700  Less than 7 nights=$120 p/n

50% of rental fee + $500 Sec Deposit (refundable) due at time of reservation.

If cancellation occurs less than 3 weeks prior to arrival, only the Security
