This condo, located in a newly built gated community in Mesa, AZ, has easy access to US 60, the 101, and the 202. It is located 1 mile from a newly built Banner Gateway Hospital and the soon-to-be-built M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and approximately 3 miles from the Banner Baywood Heart Hospital. It is just a short 1.5 mile drive to a beautiful new upscale shopping area with a wide selection of restaurants for whatever ethnic food you may desire. Sky Harbor International Airport is a short 20 minute drive. ASU is 10 minutes away. There are many golf courses within a short driving distance.
The condo has a monitored security system, is approx. 1,400 sq. ft. in living area, a 2 car garage, small fenced backyard, covered patio, 3 bedrooms upstairs along with 2 tiled baths and washer/dryer. The main level provides a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family area, den with WiFi and direct connect,and a half bath. More pictures available upon request.

  • My family and I spent a total of 5 weeks in this condo from the end of January through the first week in March, 2009. The condo is in perfect condition and the furnishings include practically anything you could ever want in any private home - much less in a rental! For most of the month we prepared almost all meals at home and really appreciated all the little touches, like a blender, hand mixer, rice maker, coffee grinder, and slow cooker - not always found in rental properties, but very convenient when you are making it a home for an extended period. As far as cleanliness, everything, including the linens, were spotless. In addition, the decor was very pleasant and comfortable - even calming. There were plenty of linens from kitchen, to bedrooms, to bathrooms. The owners were extremely considerate and accommodating - attentive to our needs without interfering. I found the location to be extremely convenient - it is located a very short distance from the US 60, from which you can travel anywhere in the Mesa, Phoenix areas. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope that it will be available for me if I can make the trip again next year. I almost hesitate to review it so positively for fear it won't be available! It is a wonderful unit and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

  • My family and I stayed here in March for 7 days. We had a great time. The condo was beautifully decorated and we felt as though it was our home away from home. The Petersons were wonderful to deal with and very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They wanted to be sure we knew our way around and that we would enjoy all that Arizona had to offer. We would definatly stay again given the chance.
