The rental unit is a lovely, quiet, and very comfortable upstairs unit, over 1600 square feet, nicely furnished with a full eat-in kitchen, and featuring a beautiful master suite, a spacious second bedroom with private bath, and a den with a futon that can provide additional sleeping space if needed. There's a large balcony for dining or sunbathing (barbecue included), offering beautiful, tranquil views of the grounds, pool area, and mountains. There are three televisions in the unit with the full spectrum of cable channels (including a VCR and DVD player) and the unit also comes equipped with a wireless broadband connection for your computer.
The unit has a separate laundry room and a full garage, and comes equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay, including dishes, pots and pans, appliances, linens, and towels. Just bring yourselves and your clothes and prepare to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation in the beautiful Southern California desert.
The unit is available for weekly, monthly, seasonal and year-round rentals, with the rates depending on the season and length of stay. The City of Palm Desert requires a 9% occupancy tax, and there is also a small cleaning fee and refundable security deposit required. We have a rental agent nearby who manages the property and can help you with any needs or questions you may have during your stay.
