Desert Falls Country Club is one of the most beautiful and popular gated communities in Palm Desert, featuring a championship golf course, 25 swimming pools, and a modern Clubhouse with tennis and racquetball courts, a complete fitness center, and a restaurant for casual or fine dining. The complex is centrally located in Northeast Palm Desert, close to shopping centers, movie theaters, restaurants, casinos, and numerous tourist attractions.
The rental unit is a lovely, quiet, and very comfortable upstairs unit, over 1800 square feet, with high beam ceilings, nicely furnished with a full eat-in kitchen, and featuring a beautiful master suite with a large, oversized sunken tub, a spacious second bedroom with private bath, and a den with a futon that can provide additional sleeping space if needed. There's a large balcony for dining or sunbathing (barbecue included), offering beautiful, tranquil views of the grounds, pool area, and mountains. There are three televisions in the unit with the full spectrum of cable channels (including a VCR and DVD player) and the unit also comes equipped with a wireless broadband connection for your computer and a library of over 100 DVD titles.
For recreation, the unit has two new bikes and loads of rafts for lazy days at the pool. Renters get owners' rates at the golf course and free use of the state of the art fitness center and tennis courts. The unit has a separate laundry room and a full garage, and comes equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay, including dishes, pots and pans, appliances, linens, and towels. Just bring yourselves and your clothes and prepare to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation in the beautiful Southern California desert.
The unit is available for weekly, monthly, seasonal and year-round rentals, with the rates depending on the season and length of stay. The City of Palm Desert requires a 9% occupancy tax, and there is also a small cleaning fee, processing charge, and a fully refundable security deposit required.
