My goal is to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Because you contacted me owner-direct, I will eliminate all the "junk" fees normally charged by the large property management firms in Gulf Shores. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exhorbitant housecleaning fees. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! You will enjoy a beautifully decorated Gulf front home which includes, 6 TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed internet access, granite countertops, designer furnishings, 2 Gulf front covered patios, a charcoal barbeque grill, and of course, one of the prettiest beaches in the United States.
There is ample parking underneath the home for up to 6 vehicles. As you head upstairs, you will notice a beautiful living area with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens onto a Gulf front covered patio. Two bedrooms (1 King, and 1 Queen) and two baths are also located on the main floor. There is also a Full sleeper sofa. Upstairs, you will find an additional 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Twins), 3 bathrooms, and a loft area which can easily sleep two little ones on another Full sleeper sofa. Sunflower is configured to sleep 14 people! The upstairs master bedroom has its own private Gulf front covered balcony and it is truly an incredible space.
There is nothing quite like waking up to the sound of the surf at your doorstep. Walk out of our home directly onto the beach and enjoy yourselves! You will not be disappointed!

Sunflower is located at 1877 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties($25/bedroom,$10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers with zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $49 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I've added a link to my website which makes it easy for you to purchase optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!).
