Modern year-round home with an amazing covered porch and the feeling of 'home'. Great sun room with plenty of windows and skylights; a great place to start your day, spend your day, and complete your day. Three bedrooms, two on the second floor with an amazing view of the lake, and one bedroom on the main floor. The main floor also has a large kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, sun room, and 3/4 bathroom. Two of the rooms has a queen bed, one of the rooms on the second floor has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The bunk house has a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements as well. The deck has a picnic table, chairs, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. There is a firepit on the patio by the lake that is great for roasting s'more's and making campfire memories. There is a dock for endless summer frolicking. Beech Hill Pond expands over four miles and boasts great boating and fishing; a true paradise.
