Owner Description
My business takes us to three states thus we needed a home for the time we spend in Las Vegas. We created the pool and outdoor space to be the most inviting attractive place to retreat from all our cares. We spend most days outdoors or golfing at this championsip course. We will be able to help you with rates, special rates for the golf course.
We have rented to millionaires visiting, and or directing braodway shows. Everyone has reschedule for another visit.
Why the Owner Chose Silverstone Ranch
This location is the best in Las Vegas and the Palms suddivion is elegant, chic, and attractive. The feel is a tuscany village in Italy, it reminded us of a village we spent a month at when visiting Italy. We purchased the home for personal use. We only rent it to off set our expenses. This location is close enough to the action of the strip (fifteen minutes, we go to a show weekly when we are in town. The golf is amazing, the pool area is private and extremly inviting. We also love the guard gated, secure, and patroled property
The Unique Benefits of this House
The sleeping is amazing-quiet, tempur-pedic bed. The pool, the large flat screens in every room with lots of channels. Very comfortable.
