Newly remodeled, bright, colorful condo 1 mile from downtown Santa Barbara and the beaches.
Santa Barbara is a wonderful place to visit (especially in the winter when it's cold elsewhere). Condo is much loved by my husband and myself and decorated with gifts from our travels (owner works for American Airlines at the Santa Barbara Airport).
I like nice things and leave many of them there so that we can use our condo from time to time and enjoy the experience. We hope you will too.
Although Santa Barbara does get fog in our summer months, we are located just above the fog line - very rarely do we get fog in the Santa Barbara Highlands where our condo is located.

The condo was everything we expected and more! The owner was very helpful in answering questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful, very well equipped condo. The location is central to everything you'll want to do while in Santa Barbara and it's very quiet. We had a lovely view of the pool from the patio and the owners have battery operated candles everywhere to add to the ambiance. We didn't cook much but when we did the kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation to Santa Barbara. We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were great! Plenty of towels, extra pillows, and linens available. My kids loved that it was so close to the pool! They also appreciated the fast wifi. The location was great. Very close by car to everything we did, including the beach, zoo, State Street and the Wharf, Natural HIstory Museum, and the Santa Barbara Mission. We would for sure stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Nice and Clean, loved the pillows and appropriate wine glasses. Bravo (our dog) people watched from the balcony and stayed calm, he also loved running up the stairway to look at the view from top of the hill. Thank you Bonny and Mark for maintaining a wonderful hide out and being kind to work with. Loved the TV downstairs too. And yes 10minutes anywhere down the hill, central location, away from the traffic. We'll be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We were very pleased with this Santa Barbara condo. The location was excellent, midway between the beach areas and State Street downtown with great shopping. Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms had new mattresses and bedding. Our dog loved it here! There is a large deck / patio that we spent most of our time on. This condo is quite close to all kinds of great restaurants and we tried many of them with no regrets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! About the owner: Mark Goetz is a realtor with Coldwell Banker Santa Barbara (24 years) and Bonny Goetz works for American Eagle at Santa Barbara Airport (16 years). We both appreciate how good life is and are extremely happy when guests return to S.B.
Why the Owner Chose The Mesa (Beach Area):
Hopefully someday we will move back into the condo. The plan is to buy a sail boat and keep it in the Santa Barbara Harbor and move back into the condo.
