Newly remodeled, bright, colorful condo 1 mile from downtown Santa Barbara and the beaches.
Santa Barbara is a wonderful place to visit (especially in the winter when it's cold elsewhere). Condo is much loved by my husband and myself and decorated with gifts from our travels (owner works for American Airlines at the Santa Barbara Airport).
I like nice things and leave many of them there so that we can use our condo from time to time and enjoy the experience. We hope you will too.
Although Santa Barbara does get fog in our summer months, we are located just above the fog line - very rarely do we get fog in the Santa Barbara Highlands where our condo is located.

Why the Owner Chose The Mesa (Beach Area)
Hopefully someday we will move back into the condo. The plan is to buy a sail boat and keep it in the Santa Barbara Harbor and move back into the condo.

Nice and Clean, loved the pillows and appropriate wine glasses. Bravo (our dog) people watched from the balcony and stayed calm, he also loved running up the stairway to look at the view from top of the hill. Thank you Bonny and Mark for maintaining a wonderful hide out and being kind to work with. Loved the TV downstairs too. And yes 10minutes anywhere down the hill, central location, away from the traffic. We'll be back.

We were very pleased with this Santa Barbara condo. The location was excellent, midway between the beach areas and State Street downtown with great shopping. Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms had new mattresses and bedding. Our dog loved it here! There is a large deck / patio that we spent most of our time on. This condo is quite close to all kinds of great restaurants and we tried many of them with no regrets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks Bonny and Mark!
