This property is in an excellent location with golf courses like Desert Ridge, TPC, Wildfire, Troon, Kierland, and Sanctuary all within 5 miles. Shopping is plentiful with The Market at DC ranch next door and Kierland Commons 5 min away. Paradise valley mall is 15 min and Outlet shopping is only 25 min away at the Arizona Factory Outlets at Anthem.
Proximity to PIMA is 150 yards so you can get anywhere in the greater Phoenix area within 30 mins(Westworld is 2.45 miles).
The complex is one of the nicer gated areas in Grayhawk with its own fitness center and very nice pool and hot tubs.
Walking across the street to DC ranch is a nice plus as you will need to drive far less staying here than in most Scottsdale areas.

I have just stayed for 2 months on this condo. The location was great for us as we where playing golf all the time,and there are many courses very close by. The condo is extremely spacious, clean and well appointed.Main bedroom has duel wash basins and a huge walk in robe. It is across road from DC ranch. The complex pool and gym where more than adequate as we spent a lot of time in the pool during this summer.The owners where all more than helpful when we had any concerns and made our stay pleasant. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The complex is safe and secure and I would recommend anyone to stay here. I
