This wonderful home was perfect for our family to congregate. All the amenities are first class and not a thing was missing. There was plenty of space to relax both inside and out. The backyard was outstanding. All the pictures exactly depict the home! No one wanted to leave, so we hope to be able to come back another time and do it all again. Thanks to Gina for being such a great owner to work with-it was a pleasure.

This home was the perfect home for our family of five visiting from Alaska. It is conveniently located to many Southern California hotspots. We especially enjoyed walking along the Back Bay. The home was perfectly clean, adorably decorated, well kept, comfortable and we just slipped into it like it was our own home. We would highly recommend this home to others, and would love to stay at it again the next time we are visiting the area.

This was our first time to the states, so we had no idea what to expect. Gina's house was beautiful, so welcoming when we arrived. It was so much more than we were expecting. Great location, so central for everything and what fun to relax in the hot tub in the evening after an exciting day out. Many thanks Gina for a holiday to remember.

We loved staying in Gina's beautiful home. When we walked in it was as if we were walking into to Pottery Barn catalog. It was immaculate, welcoming and there was a personal note and a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, away from the craziness of Disneyland, but, we were only 2 minutes from restaurants, shopping and only a short drive to the beaches and Disney. We loved the backyard, how it was beautifully landscaped and a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. We grilled and sat outside in the cabana, enjoying the beautiful flowers. Gina was very helpful in recommending restaurants (which were amazing). Everything she had recommended was right on. We loved El Matador Mexican, which is just a short drive. Huntington Beach was fun and the Balboa Pier was great. We also went to the State Park for a little beach time. When I go back to OC again, I will for sure stay here!! I would move in if I could!

Perfect Getaway

Not only was this home beautiful and inviting but it was the perfect location for everything! Disneyland, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove National State Park and so much more were only a short drive away. And when we were finished our day's activities we were welcomed back into this perfect bungalow. Our toddler played in the spacious back garden while we we're able to relax on comfortable patio furniture. Meals were a breeze with the cupboards stocked with all the condiments, seasonings and spices you would need. And each night was topped off with a relaxing soak in the backyard hot tub. A fabulous trip. We would definitely return to this house. Thanks for helping to make this trip so memorable!

Great place to stay

We very much enjoyed this place as it was used as a springboard to go to Disneyland and to the beach among other things. Everything was in place in the house and much more including condiments in the frige. The back yard was great and the owner went out of her way to put a pak-n-play in the bedroom for our young grandson. The back yard was also great - I would recommend it to everyone. Ity is so well located that we took the boys to Disneyland in the morning, returned home around noon for a nap and went back in the evening. It was great.

We were very happy with our stay at Gina's property. With fresh flowers and a bottle of wine greeting us it felt as if we were staying at a friend's home. Very clean with all the amenities. Beautiful master bath, very comfortable beds, a well supplied kitchen and a perfect backyard for relaxing after a busy day. Very quiet location on a cul-de-sac, grocery and restaurants just a short distance away. If we decide to stay in the area again I wouldn't hesitate in booking here again. Convenient to John Wayne, Disney, Knott's Berry, shopping, beaches.

My family and I stayed at this home over Christmas and it was a fantastic experience. Not only was the home beautiful and comfortable but the owner was a true professional. Beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice and it is much nicer than what is shown on the site. The interior is beautiful, the back yard in professionally landscaped and we loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. Centrally located with easy access to many of the sites in California. Gina was amazingly helpful and hospitable - a true pleasure to correspond with. We would recommend this home to anyone.

We simply loved this property! It's a beautiful house, tastefully furnished, well equipped and very comfortable. It's in a quiet location yet only a short distance from local shops and Newport Beach. It also has a lovely, private garden with a large spa. The owner was also very helpful, providing plenty of information both before and during our stay. This was the last of 5 locations we stayed at on a 3 week holiday in California, and we ended on a high note!

This was a fantastic rental property in Costa Mesa. My family spent 8 days at the house and loved every minute. It has been beautifully updated and was a very comfortable place to relax after spending time at Disney and the beach. Gina was very responsive on any questions that we had and the house had everything we needed for a great vacation.

What a great home. It looks like it was right out of a magazine. The home was more spectular than the web site pictures. It was very close to everything (Balaboa Is., Newport Beach, shops and restaurants). Gina we very helpful with any questions we had, and was very responsive with any of our needs. My wife and I had to be in the Costa Mesa for a arbitration proceeding. We needed a place where we all could spread out including the attorneys. This property was perfect in all aspects, not only was the house kept as if it was a 4+ star rating it was very convenient to our trial. It was nice after a long day to be able to return to an actual house and prepare a good meal with out having to spend our time and money on restaurants. Gina was very nice and responsive which was very important considering that we did most of our arrangements through e-mail. I have to add that this was my first time renting a house and I very happy it turned out to be a very positive experience. I would recommend this property and hope to be calling Gina in the future, but this time to bring my family and enjoy the beaches & Disneyland. Cheers!!!

Stunning property! Absolutely 5-star comfort and quality. The tastefully decorated interior, gourmet kitchen, luxurious linens, peaceful garden environment and amazing master bath made for a very pleasant stay. The owner is very pleasant and professional. Quick to respond to our inquiry and provide all the detail we needed. We felt informed, welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process. We highly recommend anyone coming to Costa Mesa treat themselves to these luxury accommodations!

Our family (4 adults & 2 children) recently stayed for a week in this home and it was a wonderful experience. The home is very clean, well maintained & beautifully decorated. So nice to have laminate flooring instead of carpeting when you have small children. It was as comfortable as a second home. Wonderful master suite & Bath. Nice large kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Home is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Any correspondence with the owner Gina, was practically instant. Disneyland was about 20-25 minutes away, LAX car rental return was about 30-35 minutes. We spent a lovely afternoon at Newport Beach where our grandchildren (2 & 4) played in the sand & splashed in the water. Besides Disneyland, the children thought this was a high light of the trip. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this wonderful home. This house has been updated from top to bottom with beautiful furnishings. Our kids especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard. This house is very convenient to all the southern California attractions. We went as far north as L.A. and as far south as Legoland (Carlsbad)with no problems. Newport beach is about a 5-10 minute drive and is so lovely!! We recommend this stay to anyone visiting the Disneyland parks as well as the beach communities of Southern CA.

This is an extremely comfortable and well presented rental. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and beautifully maintained, with three generous double bedrooms. The main guest suite is particularly comfortable. The location is excellent for sightseeting, shopping and the beach, and we really enjoyed our stay. The whole rental process was managed is a professional and friendly manner. We would happily recommend this property to anyone considering a quality home from home rental experience.

Our family feel in love with this home immediately upon entering. The home is beautifully decorated with dark hardwood floors, wicker, leather, and microsuede furniture, palm trees, palm frond ceiling fans, and other South Pacific style comforts. There's a big screen satellite TV, DVD, and stereo in the living room for entertainment. The gourmet kitchen is extremely well-equipped including a high quality appliances and gear. There is formal plus informal dining for up to 12. The master suite is incredible; luxurious king bed w/down comforter, deep soaking tub, extra large tile, stone and glass shower with rain shower head plus built-in steam sauna, and his and her vanities, create a wonderful escape unto itself. The reamining two bedrooms include high-quality bedding, TV/DVD in both, and plenty of closet space. Outdoors, there's a sitting area for two in the front garden, while a stainless gas grill, 8 person hot tub, gazebo, tiki bar, and outdoor seating and dining for at least 10 amongst palms and bouganvillias grace the back yard and garden. There is plenty of shopping and resturants within 1 mile, and the home is centrally located for all that Orange County has to offer. Working with the owner was a breeze. We highly recommend this home.

My family stayed here for our thanksgiving vacation in November 2007. The house was comfortable, warm and tastefully decorated. The home had all the amenities we could ask for and the beds and bedding were fabulous. The location was terrific and the owner was very pleasant and professional. We had an extremely satisfying experience and would highly recommend this home and would go back again and again.
