The pictures on line are extremely old. Furniture was worn out and dirty. Carpet was nasty. I could not let my grandchildren crawl on the floor. Patio furniture was broken and unusable. Good bones in the house, it just desperately needs updated. Location was the only saving item.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Great Location and very nice condo. Owners were great to work with. Location is within walking to Pier Park and also there are lots of other places right in the area. Njce indoor heated pool that we used several time since the weather was chilly. We also enjoyed the use ot the gym that looks out to the ocean.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed at this condo last summer and are booking again this year! The owners are terrific and the condo is very nice and so convenient to everything! I highly recommend you book this condo for your next beach trip. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
