Welcome to Casita de Villa....A gorgeous two story, two bedroom condominium just steps to Little Italy and Downtown San Diego. This lovely get-a-way displays a colorful designer palette throughout the home that is both warm and welcoming. Ideally located just minutes from the airport, this truly is the ideal retreat for those looking to experience San Diego at it's finest!

Upon entering the upstairs, you will find a 1/2 bath, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining nook and plenty of counter space for additional seating, along with an attached family room that offers vaulted ceilings as well as plenty of natural light. The balcony offers panoramic views from the East to West, as well as seating for two to dine al fresco. This immaculate home comes equipped with a full size Whirlpool front loading, washer and dryer in the laundry room, off of the kitchen.

The downstairs offers both a complete Master suite with walk-in closet and full bath as well as a second bedroom with bunk beds (1double /1 twin), another full size bath and plenty of closet & storage space. The unit offers below ground, gated parking for two assigned spaces and add'l storage available for bicycles upon request.

  • Thank you for a fantastic vacation. We absolutely loved staying in your condo. Your home is not only gorgeous but offered all the amenities that made our trip so easy. We couldn't hae asked for a better location. We walked into downtown Little Italy several times to enjoy the restaurants and galleries. It was so cool to be just minutes from so many of the places we had on our list as must see's. We only wished that our stay could have been longer! But now we know and we really felt like we got the absolute best value for our stay! We would recommend your place to all of our friends and family....just so long as we can get in next year!!     Andre – Thank you for the great time we had here in Little Italy. The location was perfect – close to the Berkley, where our daughter’s wedding took place. The setting was ideal – we used the condo as a central gathering place for getting ready for the wedding – the girls had their hair done here and dresses ready! The guys watched basketball! The Princess Pub was perfect to gather for a fun bachelorette party. You were even kind enough to provide goodies & treats for us. Thank again – we would definitely stay here again.

    We are now in our home on Kauai. Our visit to San Diego was great and staying in your place was perfect. I loved the quality of the linens and things. It's a good thing we departed when we did. I fear that our dining habits got a little out of control. Excellent location, ideal for what we wanted, good restaurants, & shopping.
