As an end unit of a gorgeous four-plex, this Elk Run condo offers privacy as well as unobstructed views of the Continental Divide. This amazing home is on two levels and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is nestled in the pine trees and is very close to the national forest offering 600 miles of trails for hiking, biking, snow mobile riding, cross country skiing, fishing, and off-road vehicles. The options are endless! Elk Run is conveniently located a half mile above downtown Winter Park, where most of the restaurants and retail shopping are located. Just two miles down the road is the town of Fraser, which is where the Safeway grocery store, liquor store, and Ace Hardware are located. Fraser also offers a fantastic local rodeo for its visitors during the summer months. The free Winter Park Ski Shuttle stops within a half block from this condo and will deliver you to the ski base within 10 minutes – or you can simply drive two miles to the free parking located at the ski base. Elk Run offers guests a large and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen for even the most discerning cook. It has granite countertops and all major appliances. The dining table seats six with extensions that will accommodate a total of eight. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience as well as an attached garage, free wireless internet and a new private hot tub located on the main level deck. Mmmm…just imagine soaking in the hot tub while gazing at the gorgeous Continental Divide! What could be better? The living room is equipped with a distressed leather sofa, a reclining chair and a fantastic stone fire place that lights with a flip of a switch. There is also a 37” LCD TV with a DVD player . The master suite is located on the main level and has a queen-sized bed. A separate bathroom houses a Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower with a bench. The lower level of Elk Run has a second living room that has 32” LCD TV with DVD player, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, wet bar and a foosball table. This room is dedicated to the guest that still has energy left after a great day of skiing or mountain biking. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and bathroom. The third bedroom provides two twin over twin bunk beds that will sleep four. All in all, Elk Run will sleep 10 people in beds. All bedrooms are appointed with high quality linens and bedding. Please NO PETS or SMOKING allowed.
